I will ask you a few health-screening questions over the phone. What to expect on your first visit? On your first visit you will fill up some paperwork, an interview with a Licensed Acupuncturist and your first treatment. How should you prepare? It is very important to wear comfortable clothing. At Quality Community Acupuncture we use only distal points and you'll be fully clothed during your treatment.
What is Acupuncture? Acupuncture is one of the oldest, most common and dependable medical therapies used in the world. It is by nature simple, safe and effective health care. Acupuncture practitioners use thin, sterile disposable needles inserted superficially into specific areas of the body in order to help the body's ability to heal itself.
Free parking at the corner lot on the intersection of Faraday st and Prescott st. Gate code is #6928, you actually have to press "#" to work. You can also park on 85 Prescott st and access the building, there is an entrance on the back. I ask that you notify me as soon as possible in the event that you are unable to keep your appointment.

I want to relay my experience with Clovis & acupuncture and the myriad of issues I had including inverted vertebrae, light headiness, arthritis throughout my body which has led to many more issue within my body.
The best way I can describe this is, I think of the inside of my body as a puzzle with many pieces not in their correct spaces. Therefore those loose pieces are blocking the flow we are all suppose too have for our bodies to heal themselves. Instead one out of place piece leads to another blockage then something else doesn’t work or hurts.
Along came Clovis who is not only an expert

I've been receiving acupuncture in a private setting for over 10 years now. I was skeptical that a community approach (meaning clothing stays on; so, less needles) would be helpful. I was so wrong. These treatments are not only affordable, but just as effective.
Clovis has helped with emotional distress from a tragic loss; physical pain; and even has helped to strengthen my immune system after regular treatments. I'm so grateful. Please check the place out; it's an asset to the Worcester greater community.

I was very skeptical about Acupuncture. After I was diagnosed with endometriosis I searched for an alternative care to fill the gap of conventional medicine. Did some research and I am glad I found Clovis! He took time to explain the benefits of acupuncture and gave me some "homework" to manage pain when I could not go to his practice. After a few months getting regular acupuncture treatments I have a much better quality of life.

Clovis is an excellent acupuncturist! He takes the time to speak with you and talk about the treatment you've received prior in order to fine tune it and help you have the best treatment you can. Having had a torn plantar fascia I was having difficulty regaining mobility after being immobilized. Acupuncture has given me pain free time on my feet again. I can't say enough about it. After almost a year of constant pain, I have finally gotten relief!

Clovis is an excellent acupuncturist. I have been doing acupuncture for many years. It is the only thing that helped me while untreated and undiagnosed for five years with Lyme. I am now finally healed after 8 months of treatment. But acupuncture has become part of my health regimen. Clovis is professional, gentle with the needles, knowledgeable about holistic health, etc. Great easy location, plenty of free parking, warm office which is important to me as I get cold during a treatment. If you go, you won’t be sorry.

I try to go to quality community acupuncture twice a week... I've been dealing with two chronic illnesses for many years.. I also have a problem with finding meds that work..So glad I found Clovis... He is amazing ... He treats the physical and emotional ...His knowledge of Chinese herbs amazes me.... I love that he has a sliding scale for payment... I look forward to my treatments ...An hour of relaxing listening to the sounds of the ocean... He is such a caring man I don't know what I would do without him.... He gas helped me so much....

The treatment I've received is nothing short of amazing - Clovis really takes time with you to understand your needs and cater the treatment to exactly what you need on that given day. My experience and improvements after each treatment have been incredible, and I'm really making progress on my health goals - and I can say that, especially having been to other community acupuncture places, the level of individualization for treatments here has been top notch and unmatched by any other experiences I have had!

Clovis is a very talented and patient oriented acupuncturist. My mother has osteoarthritis from many years and she has taken different medications with only limited pain relief. My mother felt improvement in her pain from the first time she was treated by Clovis. She has been improving with every treatment ever since for the past two months. Now due to the treatment, she is able to walk and climb stairs the way she would do when she was much younger. She couldn't be happier! Clovis is always very eager to understand how she reacted to the previous treatment and tailors the treatment every time
