Julia has advanced certification as an Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) therapist. Specialized trauma treatment. This evidence-based therapy provides relief from trauma and other stress-related conditions. People with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions can experience relief (usually within 1-5 sessions).
The approach connects the dots between many other approaches, and, in Julia's experience, it creates the most immediate relief from suffering for clients. Julia moved quickly through the rest of ART training levels and became a certified ART trainer. Every therapist's aim is to help clients make lasting changes.
