Excellent! Kenisha gave me one of the best massages in the Twin Cities that I've ever had. She loosened up neck muscles that have been locked up for months! She used hot stones, stretching, and massage to fix things that I didn't even know I needed fixed (looking at you, phone-scrolling forearm muscles). I recommend Kenisha to any and everyone who wants to feel more relaxed.

Kenisha Ama’anii is a masterful massage therapist who has blessed me with the best health care I have ever received in my entire life – hands down. As an early-middle aged man who has been tragically involved in five car accidents in less than the most three recent years, my physical health has been dramatically diminished, and I have suffered a lot of miserable pain. She is knowledgeable in many kinds of body work and can really customize your experience based on your needs. Kenisha is a very knowledgable and thoughtful massage therapist. She was so warm and kind, you immediately feel at ease. She discussed the issues I was having beforehand to make sure we landed on the right type of bodywork and she even stayed late with me after my massage so she could check out my form on squats and lunges as I was having knee issues at the gym. I also loved how easy it was to schedule online and receive text and/or email reminders about my appointment.
She is a sweetheart and I'll definitely come back!

Kenisha was SO attentive and professional. I went in for a birthday massage, and she was just excellent. She communicated so well on how her process works, and emphasized the importance of letting her know if the pressure was okay (I mentioned to her that I have back problems and had a really painful massage somewhere else). Friendly and great at her job.
