This location has been serving transient and long term mobile home residences since the early 1950's. They established and incorporated it for the purpose of providing site ownership for the residences. Key RV/Mobile Home Condominium Association is one of the last bastions of affordable housing in the Florida Keys.
All rentals and or sales are handled by the individual owners, please do not call the association office regarding rentals as we have nothing to do with rentals or sales. The association common property includes Atlantic Ocean access via private canal dockage or private canal boat ramp. There is one bathhouse in mobile home section and three full service Laundry facilities located within the park.

Services
The census is intended to be filled out by the occupant/s of the unit, This census should be reviewed or re-submitted annually. Our census is mandatory so that management and staff will always be aware of each and every resident, vehicle, children and pets. For the safety of our residents the emergency contact info is very important and part of this census.

We rented The Fish Shack in Key by the Sea recently and it was fantastic. It is a mixed park with both long time residents and renters in the heart of the Keys. The park was extremely safe and we were able to dock our boat right outside our door and be in the middle of the ocean within minutes. Walking distance to grocery stores, shopping and dining. Short distance to all of the Keys and excursions. Everyone here was beyond friendly. If you want to feel like you are at home, this is the place.

In key by the sea.The Oupost (UNFORGETTABLE. VACATION) a refuge for rent in key by the Sea 89W, Near Sombrero beach just 5 minutes by boat and 14 minutes by bike to reach the paradise of turquoise waters of fine white sand. Condominium trailer homes and high end rv’s (campers) on the ocean in Marathon, Florida. The general manager is on site. Very friendly staff. The owners association means there is lively debate about improvements. And improvements are happening all around us as we sit here! In fact we watched as the Mayor of Monroe County and federal and state representatives lined up for interviews with Fox News, WLRN, Channel 7 who were streaming live coverage of the removal of some of the last pieces of debris from the last big storm out of the canals here.

The Park has undergone many changes & improvements are on-going. It is a quiet, peaceful place to be. Numerous community activities occur in the Rec Hall open to all residents. Key RV is convenient to all vital Marathon businesses, shopping, medical services, restaurants, etc. When difficulties arise (as they do in any community) they are immediately addressed & resolved. Easy, quick access to the Atlantic is the best.
