Amy is an amazing person- as a coach I've found her to be skilled, experienced, down-to-earth, and unafraid to simply meet you where you are. In my work with her, I've found her to be collaborative, extremely candid, and open to doing or saying whatever she feels is needed to get me to the next step. I met Amy when we were both in the Certificate in Positive Psychology program. Amy is a warm and funny person, she is very inclusive and observant, and a good listener. I soon came to find out that Amy is also a talented photographer and yoga teacher. Also, Amy is a life coach skilled in various mindfulness and stress reduction techniques. I was very lucky to attend several stress reduction and mindfulness workshops Amy presented. Amy has unique ways of making concepts clear and understandable and she is an excellent listener, able to adjust her approach based on the audience.

I will be honest in saying up front that Amy is my cousin and I've know her for her entire life! But she is also a dear friend and often my sounding board for "life decisions". Amy Kosh is the kind of person who seemingly floats between the raindrops enriching the world around her. She's not here to impress anyone with BS, she tells it like it is, real and raw. My accidental meeting Amy while at a conference was akin to being struck by lightning.

Amy is a tremendously gifted life coach. I'm glad her own personal spiritual journey led her to Asheville.
