A Wynning Event is a full service special event planning company located in Beverly Hills, California, with over 15 years of experience in all areas of special event planning. Our expertise includes corporate and non-profit event planning, silent auction production and management as well as wedding coordination.
Andrea helped coach and guide us to host an outstanding and eventful 20th Anniversary Gala. We never held such an event before but Andrea knew how to manage us and our event vendors, such as, the hotel, entertainers, etc. She did this with a professional attitude. She is great to work with and we could not have hosted the event without her.
A Wynning Event is proud to have served as the Awards Event Supervisor for the Screen Actors Guild Awards(R) since 2000. A Wynning Event supervises all the necessary elements required to transform the Los Angeles Shrine Exposition Center into a formal dining room for the SAG Awards(R) ceremony. Andrea has been doing the SAG Awards event coordination for us for many years, and she always does an extremely professional and organized job.
Since 2001, A Wynning Event has been involved with silent auction production and management.

In terms of silent auction production and management, we work hand-in-hand with the non-profit organization from concept to completion in all aspects of silent auction production and management including organizing and managing silent and live auctions and their check-out processes, creating and producing auction journal booklets and NCR bid sheets, writing auction descriptions and cataloging auction items.
In addition to producing and designing special events for over 15 years, A Wynning Event offers to help conventions and corporate special events build their brands through social media. Owner and President Andrea Wyn Schall holds an MBA in Marketing from the #1 business school in the country, the University of Chicago, and she knows firsthand the advantage that Social Media offers to businesses that have the foresight to use it.

Andrea is incredibly talented and attentive to detail. She's been "in the business" for years, planning major events like the Screen Actors Guild Awards which means she has great relationships and specialized pricing with a variety of vendors. Not only will she do a great job planning your event, but you'll have fun working with her!
