I work downtown and was trying to make an appointment for yesterday, my schedule didn't allow. I checked today, and see an appointment that works for my lunch hour, I booked it 1pm at about 1230. I walk to my parking garage head over, and the person greets me to have a seat that Marisol is not here Guess what, .. received an email my appointment was updated to 2pm. I guess she's not coming in. There were other times available before 1pm, so they just don't manage thier schedule/business well. I assumed you would be at the shop if you advertise slots available for same day. I was excited to try

This is THE BEST eye lash place I’ve ever been to! Roxy the owner is so friendly and does everything to please her clients! She goes out of her way to make you feel cozy in her posh reclining chairs and gives you a soft blanket while you zen out to get your pretty lashes! I always go for the mink ones that are natural looking! You feel like family when you walk in! Don’t go anywhere else! Affordable and quality plus comfortable! Thank you so much for every girls !! Also it’s close to everything if you want a coffee or shopping ;)

Roxanna is a life saver!! After relocating to the area from out of state I needed to find a new lash stylist and ended up going to a salon that didn't use Extreme (even though they said they did when I called). My lashes were horrible not only did they hurt but they were glued together in big clumps and causing my natural lashes to twist and break off. After a day of crying I got on the Extreme website and found Roxanna and I'm so happy I did!! She was able to get me in the following day and her work is amazing!! I absolutely loved my visit with Roxanna, she is super sweet and professional. I also loved the location! Inside the salon is very clean and I love the recliner chairs she has you sit on while shes applying lashes. Words cannot express how much I loved the lashes she applied for me!
