Don’t do it!! I reserved a month or more in advance and called twice the morning on the day of event and was assured everything was on the way and took my final payment. Four hours later. I had to call again and found out they scheduled me for the following week and pulled unused equipment to bring out. Scratched up table(wrong design), dented cotton candy maker would not spin properly to make and it took another 30 minutes to clean bouncy they brought which was again not what I ordered. Never used popcorn or table and chairs because the scattered rain for afternoon started and though block party

Very disappointing experience…I hired them for a party for my client. The workers showed up to my clients home, very rude and not very nice as I was on the phone listening to them speak to my client. When they picked up, they damaged the clients walls taking out their equipment. I spoke to the owners and they told me we would work out something with the client as they don’t want the client upset and to ruin a vendor relationship, then 3 days later I received a full refund and a call saying since they refunded me they won’t fix their mistake too(this call was from one of the owners) they are

Very disappointed with this place. Hard to get in touch with the staff, never answering the phones. The movers showed up an hour late from the set up time delaying the party start time. Party planning is already hard enough then added stress about this place bringing the chairs and tables. Early Guest had to stand because this place was an hour late from the set up time with all the tables and chairs. Not to mention the party ended at 8p, movers was suppose to come and get the stuff, waited around 2 more hours and never showed. I have very young kids that I needed to put to bed, couldn’t wait

I booked a moon bounce/water slide combo for Sunday August 9th it was scheduled to be delivered by 3:30pm & picked up at 8pm. I’m giving this review 1 star because once finally set up kids did enjoy moon bounce, however only for 2-3 hours before it got dark! But let me start 4:00pm came I was busy setting up no one called me to express they would be late I could not contact anyone from the company I had to go on Instagram to reach out and ask for someone to call me, once the guys arrived at like 4:30 pm an hour late set up took forever they had to clean the moon bounce once they got to my location

Our daughters, their friends and cousins were amazed at the Princess Castle Bounce House with Slide that we rented and it kept them busy for hours!!!! we had kids ages 1 through 11 in there for 4 hours straight, plus a few 20 and 30-somethings that checked it out, as well 😄
Advice for any future renters, especially for combo bounce houses where the kids are constantly getting in and out: stake down tarps outside of the bounce house so the kids don't track dirt into the bounce house
