A: Yes, you can as we don't require a down deposit but we ask in good terms that you tell us 2 days in advance so that other customers may be satisfied with their order. A: We will always clean the jumper in front of our customers after every use with antiseptic spray and allow time for it to dry. Customers so far have been satisfied 100% according to our 5-star yelp review, many of which include our sanitation protocol!
Of course, many factors can apply and the best thing to do is use common sense as the adult you are legally in charge of after we finish the installation. This is the best deal in town! Good price and good service.
They arrived on time and clean the jumper after they set it up. The party is at a park and we can leave when we want to and just need to turn off the generator.
The kids love the jumper and they had a blast. It is the highlight on the whole birthday celebration.
We will come back next year for sure!

Everything went better than expected. We rented a large bounce house for my daughter's birthday and the kids would not leave the bounce house. We got one with a slide and the kids couldn't stop talking about how amazing it was. Thank you so much. The drop off and pick up were super convenient. We would definitely rent from Lucky Jumpers again. We highly recommend!!

Kevin and his team were amazing to work with. My daughter just celebrated her 2nd birthday and the jumper was well worth it.
They were responsive, courteous, and thoughtful from start to finish. They set up/broke down/ and cleaned everything in less then 10 minutes. At one point, we asked for the jumper to be picked up earlier then scheduled and they were quick to reply/accommodate.
Look forward to booking them for future birthdays!

We rented a 15x15 jumpee that had a slide and hoop inside for our son's birthday this past weekend. They delivered the jumpee the evening before at no extra cost so the boys had extra time to use it.
They quickly delivered, set up and vacuumed the inside and cleaned the inside and outside. They even set up a tarp at the entrance of the jumpee.
We are very pleased with the service and prompt communication with the company. Our entire communication was via text.

We have rented from Lucky Jumpers pre-COVID and were happy to support this small family business again. They are extremely responsive via text and booking was a breeze. They swept and sanitized the jumpy house during set-up. The jumpy house was clean, well-maintained and, most importantly, kids had a blast. I would highly recommend Lucky Jumpers!

I had a fantastic experience renting from Lucky Jumpers. They were quick to communicate over text the options for the bounce houses and I was able to get one with Disney princess banner that my daughter loved. The jump house was huger than anything I'd seen before, and had a huge slide along the side that the kids loved. They were able to set it up the night before for no extra charge. Jump house was cleaned and sanitized right before. They also provided rental of table and chairs. I thought the price was great- 168 for the hugest jump house, 2 tables, and 6 chairs.

Awesome service. It was for my son's birthday. They contacted me to update me about the weather because of all the days to rain, it has to be the day that we were doing the party. Anyways, after all the scare of not being able to have bouncy house for his birthday party. The owners communicate with me in the morning to confirm that we were ok to have the bouncy house. The whole day was drizzling on and off but the bouncy house was fine and the kids were having a lot of fun. I'm thinking of renting again soon :)

These two owners went above and beyond today! First off I'd like to say thank you & second to everyone reading my post (I would highly recommend) Lucky Jumpers for any event big or small! They brought the jumper a day in advance (no extra charge) to prevent any delays the day of my party, worked out great since I like to get everything done a day before my parties. However we ran into a small jam because the jumper was to big for the area I chose to put it, luckily both owners were nice enough to cut off branches to make it fit and cut additional branches so myself and guests could see

When our twin boys' 5th birthday was coming up during this pandemic, I struggled over what to do. A bounce house for them and 2 friends in our bubble was the answer! I arranged everything via Yelp messaging and text, which was amazing, and they showed up right on time on the day of the "party". The two gentlemen were very polite and wore masks (properly) the whole time they were there (during setup and takedown). They also cleaned the whole bounce house in front of us before they left!
I even got $20 off for being in San Jose.
