Services
We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. For extra time you can add additional hours for $10 per hour or $25 extra for overnight rentals. A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-4 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance.
The Jumper Guys provides live support during Business Hours to answer all your questions about party rentals, bounce houses, spacewalks, moonwalks and slides. We've used the Jumper Guys on multiple occasions and have been very happy every time! The bounce houses are always clean, delivered on time and set up and secured so they are ready to go. I spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone and the reservation was complete in only a couple of minutes. I received an email confirmation of the charges which is great for over the phone orders.
The kids had a blast! We will definitely be using the Jumper Guys again!

I booked the Jumper Guys for my son's 1st birthday party. In the past, I had a bad experience with Party Rentals 4 All who gave me the run around the day of and showed up 2 hours late to my event in which I had to scramble to find tables and chairs from family and friends. Totally ruined my day! Do not do business with them.
Anyhow, the Jumper Guys were very professional and assured me that I would have no issues with them. I received a confirmation email couple days before and phone call the morning of to confirm the tables and chairs I rented. They even showed up earlier to drop off

I used Jumper guys for my son birthday party. This was second time with jumper guys. It was so easy to book and smooth. Their price was reasonable.
The delivery guys were professional and super nice. They deliver 2 hr before our party and picked up 2 hr after party.
Kids love it and they were so so happy.

This company is ahh-sum! I booked them for my son's 1st birthday party about three years ago and remembered that they were inexpensive and they had an awesome selection. So when we decided to have a gender reveal for our second pregnancy we decided to get a jumper to keep our guest's children entertained, Jumper Guys or iJump to the rescue! They were prompt in calling me back with a quote and gave me options in the event I needed the jumper for longer. The jumper guys were very easy to work with from the very beginning. We scheduled the event on a Sunday at a rental hall in north San Jose. They showed up early (about 45 minutes) and had the jump house sent up and working easily 20 minutes before our schedule start. The families started arriving within an hour and the kids had a ball the rest of the day .

I recently reserved a jumpy house verbally over the phone, and had to cancel on the same day I booked since they didn't have a specific one we wanted. When they credited back, it was $30 less than what I paid. So I called for the difference. They said it was a deposit that was non refundable. If I had known about this policy when I called to reserve, I would have understood about the $30 difference
However, they didn't notify me in advance.
It is the company's responsibility to let its customers know at the time of booking especially if it is done over the phone.

I selected 'The Jumper Guys' for my son's 10th birthday. We ordered tables, chairs, and a jumper. They were very prompt with time and pick-up. However, we did encountered issues twice with the generator not working but they were quick to return from their route and replace it for us! Sorry for the inconvenience it may have cost, but thank you for the accomodations. I will rent from them in the future and recommend anyone who are planning any future events.

Reserving the jumpy house couldn't have been easier! I had to contact them directly to discuss backyard logistics and it was simple, straight forward and done in minutes.
The house was delivered at 9am and our party wasn't until 3:30...the kids had that much more time, which made the kids sooo happy!
The delivery guys were really nice and super helpful!
The jumpy house itself was super clean and looked brand new.
Would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be renting from them again in the future!

I highly recommend JumperGuys! It was so easy to book online even when I booked close to the event date (my son's 1st bday). Everything was so simple and transparent. They delivered the bouncy house the day before the event and picked it up after with no glitch -- in and out in a jiffy! Also, their rate is very reasonable compared to others. They even called us days before the event if we need anything else. I didn't order extra stuff but I thought that was nice of them!

A long overdue review. We hired the Jumper Guys to rent a bouncy house for my son's birthday last year. It was in a park in Saratoga.
5-star service hands down. Reasons:
- Called me back within 24 hours of my email inquiry
- Reached out directly to the park to find out the details on what would it take to bring a bouncy house there (instead of making me do so)
- Accommodated the narrower delivery window I requested
- Showed up and set everything up on time
- Did not mind the fact that they had to drag the bouncy house on a dolly for several hundred yards uphill because there was no access

Believe me, they're on it.
The jumper was just as awesome as pictured, and clean, too.
The dimensions were perfect for our yard.
Best of all, parents and kids alike enjoyed the jumpy house and we made the best use of our house for the party we had here for our daughter's birthday.
I've found with young kids, they don't necessarily want any more than unstructured playtime. So I usually will have one big attraction for them and the rest is food. The kids pretty much just run/entertain themselves, without interference from us grown

Super affordable, professional, clean. The kids loved their bounce house. We rented it for a day and something came up where we had to have it overnight... "had to" haha... The kids bounced until they fell asleep!

Very please with "The Jumper Guys." Their customer service was awesome. I made a last minute reservation and they were more than willing to help me out. They amazingly fast and efficient.
I love how the bounce house were clean and well maintained. We got the 7 in 1 Combo, it was huge!!!! I was surprise with all safety features the bounce house had... safety is something that I am really concerned about for the children. They also got a snow cone machine and Cotton Candy Machine!!!! The Cotton Candy Machine was a huge favorite at the party. When our party ended they were on time for
