Flat Rates are available on travel outside of the Richmond Metro Region. Flat rates and meter rates do not include gratuities for the driver. Tipping your driver is encouraged as this is an American custom and your generosity should be based on the level of service received from your driver. We do not set the taxi rates we charge as we are regulated same as a public utility.
I needed to get from Richmond to the Dulles Int'l Airport in DC for an international flight. I was a bit skeptical, but pleasantly surprised by their promptness (very early morning pickup), quality of car and driver, and how quickly and smoothly we made it to DC. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Gentleman Taxi.

I contracted with Gentlemen Taxi on Friday to transport two people to Baltimore on Sunday at 10 a.m. At 10:15, we called them to find out where the taxi driver was. they claimed to have had some call-ins but would find out where the replacement driver was. You would have thought they would have called us if they were going to be late, especially since we gave them two phone numbers they could call. 5 minutes later, a driver, who was very difficult to understand, called and said he would be there in 25 minutes. 25 minutes later, still no driver, so we had to make other plans.
