The total fare is indicated on the taxi meter and reflects all charges except toll fees where applicable. Cash receipts are available upon request. Richmond to Dulles Airport Taxi FareOur flat rate $250 (Standard cab rates - $310 - $350). Richmond to Virginia Beach Taxi FareOur flat rate $190 (Standard cab rates - $275 - $310).

Called for a taxi at 3:25. Was told it will be there in 10 minutes. Call back after 15, told drivers almost there. Call back five later was told the driver is almost there. Had to be 10 minutes away at 4 o'clock. Finally at 3:55 I drove to my destinations struggle to find a parking spot and was 10 minutes late for my daughters sports game. Maybe it was just a one time glitch but I will never give them another chance to screw me over like that

Booked ride online. Had a little delay on confirming ride. When I called to confirm they already knew about my request but was working with another customer. Henrico verbally confirmed request and pick up location.
Our scheduled pick up was at 5am. Henrico called near pick up time to inform that he would be there at 5am. He showed up promptly at 5!
Taxi didn't identify as Henrico, and was called another name. However he called out to us by name to confirm when he arrived.
He's very hard working and courteous. Best taxi driver we had so far!

Call Henrico, but the cab that arrived said Excellence Cab on the side. Our driver was prompt and courteous. The cab was comfortable and clean. As Detroiters we were very pleased that our drive was also from the Detroit area. We had a very nice conversation which made our trip to the airport a most pleasant one.

I needed to transport 33 high school girls on a field trip during their summer camp, so I called Henrico Taxi and made a reservation for six cabs. The morning of, they promptly arrived with all the minivans promised. Each car was clean and the drivers were all polite and friendly. I had also arranged for an afternoon pickup, and experienced the same great service. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I just used Henrico Taxi for the first time and will definitely be using them again!! Very friendly on the phone and very polite in person! Nice clean car, was on time and got me to my destination quickly and safely!! I will be using Henrico Taxi again!!
Also, the driver told me I can book in advance online, I will definitely be using that in the near future!!

I needed to catch a train and considered Uber, but due to ethical and safety concerns I chose Henrico taxi. They are AMAZING.
I was able to request my taxi online, and I had questions regarding payment methods. It was super easy to communicate, as right after I booked my taxi I got a text, and I was able to text them questions.
The service itself was great. The car was right on time, the driver was professional. The car was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable, even including the tip.
I will definitely use them again.
