I am in the process of ordering my second cake from sweet tooth. I have a large family and last year decide to pay more for a quality cake, which I got for my daughter 6th birthday. I was really nervous because I contacted so many business a week out to make this special cake sweet tooth was the only company accept my order on a short notice. The communication was great from start to finish.

We couldn’t find the address after following the google directions, we were so disperate to buy a cake after seeing the google images but unfortunately we couldn’t get it because of wrong location and even we called on the number available on google maps but no one is picking up the call at-least in the website address should have mentioned

The response time with the baker was not prompt, yet I understand there maybe an increase in her demand since winning a Food Network competition.
I was hoping the Baker would take more of an initiative to be creative with the inspirations I sent. Again I understand why they wanted a set picture; some people complain about a baker's creativity.
I purposely sent pictures of a young DBZ character and still received an older Goku; yet, I was not specific or insisted on a younger Goku. My expectations may have been high due to the photos on their websites and the Food Network.

I am so disappointed in the communication between the owner and her customers. I wanted to continue to support and even was sending more customers her way but I wouldn’t dare embarrass myself like that. I had to continuously text over and over just to get her to respond. The communication is horrible. She needs an assistant badly. I will take my money where it is wanted because she obviously doesn’t want/need it so I’m done trying to support African American small business.

Unprofessional, doesn’t respond or care to have clients. couldnt even get through the consultation because she refuses to get back to me as promised during the week since she said she doesn’t respond on weekends. i waited many days and also tried contacting her during the week. she promised to get back to me and never did. she clearly didn’t want or care to make a cake for me even though i was a paying customer and was very patient. lost my business thats for sure. if you’re not willing to do the order just say that. don’t be rude and ignore people who want to pay you. UPDATE: shes decided

Cake was delicious! Best cake I ever had! everything tasted homemade! Cake came out better than what I’ve expected it to be just off of me describing to her how I wanted it! I really wish I could give this place 0 stars because it doesn’t deserve the one. Customer service is horrible!!! I placed my order on a Monday the week before my daughter’s birthday. I gave clear instructions and even asked if I needed to provide payment information that day for her to get started. I was told no and that I would receive an invoice for payment. I never received an invoice, so I assumed it would be provided at the pick up. Apparently, their policy is they send you an invoice via email and pray to God you get it within 24 hours because if you don’t the order is canceled. Well

Ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and received a beautiful Tiramisu. The cake was excellent quality and my wife really enjoyed it. If you want a custom cake that is made with care and with artistry, this is the place for you. Latice provided excellent service and communication on on what I wanted. Was very impressed and will use them again. Highly recommend!

Called her 3 weeks out before my daughters birthday asked her to her own take on a jojo siwa cake and OMG it was so much better then I could ever imagine, she was very sweet and always responded to me when I had questions! The cake was so tasty and got so many compliments. She will be my to go to cake lady from here on out!

My family tried to surprise me with a New Orleans Saints birthday cake. My fiancé sent Sweet Tooth Custom Cakes a simple picture of a non-detailed cake that didn't include all the bells and whistles. This cake cost $105, and I will let you all be the judge on if it was even worth it. The letters are crooked, the gold paint is spilling over in the black, and the icing around the cake isn't smooth. This is not professional at all. Happy birthday to me. Terrible!! Now we have to find a cake to take to my family's house. This is such an embarrassment.
