Right off the bat, it was clear that Sheila was an incredible person who ran a vital business for anyone who needs extra care for themselves or a loved one who needs support. Even when my parent decided they didn't like someone for care (often with little cause), Sheila was flexible, patient, and remarkably helpful. We found the ideal helper through Sheila, and she helped care for my parent for four years! We are so grateful.

Not good to work for. At first, told I was dependable and my work was appreciated. After some months, that changed, with my being told I took advantage of clients bullied clients etc. It was not true. I’ve received accolades from my clients families. The owners attitude changed When I got badly hurt on the job and the owner was not happy with my workers comp claim. At times, my clients were ignored by the owner. This is hard to take when they’re in pain or sick. I used to think it was a great place. Between an owner with an anger problem and an arrogant assistant, the client often comes last

My 94 year old father's quality of life was preserved because of the Senior Home Care Companions. Kind, caring, gentle, humorous, capable ... outstanding in everyway. My father now requires nursing care. We were very sad to end our relationship with his Companions. Highly recommend without reservation.

Our family is so grateful for Sheila and Melanie! They assisted us for years with our father who lived alone in Fayetteville, and needed some help in his home. As his health deteriorated we relied on them to provide honest communication and assistance. Integrity and trustworthiness are core principles at Senior Home Care Solutions. I give Sheila and Melanie my highest recommendation for their quality of care and professionalism.
