Established in 2006, Texas Star Realty and Property Management is proud to bring the most experienced real estate services to the greater Houston area and the surrounding suburbs. You'll find that we have built our reputation upon excellent customer services and extensive financial documents. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or an experienced investor, you can count on us for guidance!
If you are the guarantor or cosigner to a tenant, you must provide proof of income that shows your income is 5 times the monthly rent. Your credit score must also be a minimum of 700. Finally, we require that you provide 12 months of verifiable rent or mortgage history. All of your credit accounts must be in good standing in order to be considered, and foreclosure or tax liens will not be accepted.
Once your security deposit is paid and you're accepted as a tenant, you'll be asked to come to our office for a formal lease signing. We'll contact you to set up a time on the first day of the lease. We'll meet with you for 30-45 minutes to review the lease and answer any of your questions or concerns.
Texas Star Realty and Property Management is happy to consider your pet for our properties. Note that each pet is considered separately. So far 7+ months into renting a town home from Texas star, and I have nothing except positive things to say. When something breaks they send their repair man who is always kind and professional, when there is any issue they handle it respectfully and with kindness which is hard now a days.
Their repair man is honest and kind and very knowledgeable about many many things.
The owners are also pleasant and professional anytime I’ve corresponded with them.
You won’t regret renting from this company as long as you are responsible
