The cost of the application is $50 for any lease or occupant applicant that is 18 years of age or older. We outsource to a third party company Appfolio and they run credit, criminal and eviction check. We then verify employment, income and rental history. Applications are processed only when we receive a FULL application packet.

This property management company deserves a negative review. My property was vacant for months. When I came to Texas to check it out, I was appalled. Despite the property being vacant for months, it looked as if someone was still living there. See attached pictures. Vertical blinds to my patio were taken, as well as a tissue holder. Also, the locks were never changed on my property. My two year old keys still worked! And no, I did not get the deposit despite items being taken drom my property!

If I could give this company a negative review, I would. It should be named Your Nightmare Real Estate, because that's what it is. As a property management company, the only thing they will do is collect their monthtly fees. After the tenant moved out, my property sat vacant for months. Although prospective tenants viewed the property, no one leased it. So I decided to go look at my property and was shocked at the dirty condition it was in. Although the tenant had moved out months ago, it looked like someone still lived in my property. See attached photos. Also, the locks to my property

Contacted this realtor after finding her card at an eatery I visited. Since they were nearby and in the Memorial/Energy Corridor I thought they might be a good fit. Neda proved to be very helpful with our search process for a rental property and since they also provide property management services, I wouldn't have to shop around. Very personable, and professional and made us feel like we had selected a friend to assist. I decided to pass on the property we settled on, so my search continues with Your Dream Realty.
