I don't often leave reviews, but I have honestly had a very poor experience with this company and don't want others to fall victim.
I recently inquired about a van for a student field trip. I was sent a confirmation and was awaiting a quote. After two weeks, nothing arrived so I called to find out what the pricing would be. The person on the phone said they didn't have a vehicle for our trip date, and decided not to reach out because of this. Instead of professionally responding with not having options, they were letting me "wait and see" until I did something. I am going through Northfield Lines

I hired a town car to drive elderly parents to my daughters wedding that was out in the country. I had to make a time change the day before the event and Gene was very accommodating. The beautiful car arrived on time and The driver even sent me a text when he Was picking them up. Both relatives said the ride was smooth and relaxing as the driver was such a good driver. When they arrived, the driver got out and assisted both of the old folks out of the car and when he returned to pick them up he opened the door and turn on the rear seat warmer for grandma as she was chilled from the fall evening

We used this car service to take us to (early morning pickup) and pick us up from the airport for our trip. Both drivers were on time, courteous and good drivers. The price point was reasonable and made the stress of having to get to the airport and home a relaxing experience. I would definitely use Twin Cities Car Service again in the future!!

Very attentive to detail. Our flights changed twice due to airline delays and missed connections and the car service very accommodating. Made the end to a horrible day for us very pleasant.
Met use in baggage claim. Retrieved luggage and took to car. Car immaculate. Very comfortable. Driver friendly, knowledgeable. Would certainly use the service again.

Such a great experience. I had an SUV for 6 people for 3 hours. I spoke with the owner a few times while setting up booking and he was so nice and very helpful. Our driver was Teddy and he was great! If you need a ride to the airport or a night on the town, this is such an AWESOME company. We will always use them in the future.

Gene, the owner of this company, is the consummate professional. He was incredibly accommodating, kind, and extremely helpful. He knows his way around, is a safe and careful driver, and is a pleasure to talk with. We also found one of his drivers to be equally professional, knowledgeable, safe, and interesting to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again when I return to Minneapolis/Rochester soon. They made an otherwise difficult trip for me much easier so that I could relax and get to and from appointments and flights. A big thumbs up from both of us!
