While everyone at Barnes was very attentive and friendly, I did not experience any improvement there and didn't feel confident that that was going to change. I have been at a different PT office for the past few weeks and have had a much, much more positive outcome. Here is a note that I sent to Barnes PT to explain why I was changing physical therapists:
"Enclosed is payment for my last session in your office. As I said on the phone, I have begun using a different practice. I debated whether or not to include a note with my check, but ultimately I thought you might be interested in

So after calling, literally, 20 physical therapists... I found Dr. Barnes. No one recommended this place to me; just saw this random spot on google maps and called. This place was able to take me in and help me with my wrist problems right away with a doctor's prescription (which you need). I would say 15 places that I called, I had to leave a message and they got back to me a day or two after.
Not.Cool. Not to mention when I tried to schedule an appointment, I would have to wait over two weeks. I didn't realize it would be so hard finding a physical therapist.

What makes Barnes better? The personal attention. This is not one of those huge facilities where you end up as a nameless face in the crowd but a smaller operation where they greet you by name and pay personal attention to your exercises. Barnes Physical Therapy goes out of their way to work with you and your insurance. They offer different locations to serve you better and don't mind if you go to one place on this day and another location on the next. The physical therapist is always kind and courteous as is his staff. I really enjoy going here and recommend it without reservation.
