The Five I's: Imagination, Inquiry, Invention, Implementation, and Initiative (the latter being a foundational trait that enables the other four). WFM graduates transition extremely well into traditional school settings often entering at a full grade level ahead in math, sciences and reading. We seek to create a home/school relationship in which learning continues each day seamlessly in either location.

Services
Wake Forest Montessori Pre-School was founded in 2006, by a group of passionate educators and business people. The school is dedicated to upholding the right of every child to progress at his or her own pace, in their own individual way, and to be provided with the tools needed for their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
At Wake Forest Montessori we strongly believes in the nutrition of the entire child from healthy snacks to respectable speech and conduct. Below are a list of value added services that our school currently offers. Our classroom ratios are among some of the lowest ratios in Wake Forest and surrounding areas.
Preschool tours for enrollment are now available. All tours are individual family tours so that we are able to guarantee that any question that you may have will be addressed. All tours are scheduled Monday-Thursday between 9:30 am and 11:00 am. and are by appointment only. Our school not only offers a loving and safe environment, which is our chief concern, but we offer a real learning environment.
The growth and leadership of The Wake Forest Montessori School is only as good as the teachers that we employ and yes we have some great ones! Our families and community have come to expect the excellence that our teachers provide to their students. Please send your resume along with associated work experience to info info@wakeforestmontessori.com.
A Montessori classroom anywhere in the world will have happy and busy children engaged in purposeful work. The classroom itself is distinct; typically beautiful and enticing, but also characterized by the carefully prepared environment designed to reinforce the child's independence and natural urge toward self-development.

Both of my daughters ages now 7 and 5 attended WFM. We just love the school, staffing, other families, and the overall environment. We were first interested I. The fact that they have such a hands on teaching and learning approach, just as we tend to teach our own children at home. They are considerate and accommodating when it comes to family issues weather emotional or financial. I never thought I would do the early child care for my kids but after my eldest PreK experiences her sister was ready to jump in and we felt comfortable enough doing so. The children are exposed to not only the regular

Wake Forest Montessori is an excellent school that has helped my child grow and develop, both emotionally and educationally. The focus is on preparing the child for kindergarten, and my child is definitely prepared. But they also teach how to handle and deal with your emotions and conflict resolution, focusing both on independent and group play and learning; helping to prepare your child for the big world. The teachers, staff and administration all truly care about your child and family.

WFM is an excellent school where teachers pay a lot of attention to the development of overall personality of a child and not focus only on certain areas. School has got a very well designed curriculum and teachers spend a lot of time in assessing the individual growth of kids. I would definitely recommend this school to all parents who want to see their kids grow, I mean REALLY grow like out two sons have.

My son was born with level 3 & 4 brain bleeds and was predicted to have severe Cerebral Palsy. He didn’t eat on his own until about six months of age and didn’t speak until he began at Wake Forest Montessori at age three. Before Wake Forest Montessori, he was doing feeding therapy, speech therapy, and developmental therapy two to three times a week in addition to church preschool. Our therapist recommended Wake Forest Montessori when he wasn’t progressing. After being immersed at Wake Forest Montessori he learned to speak, interact with other children enjoy, and thrived within months. Not
