Beginning in 1990 Auto Concepts was founded to deliver custom car audio & car alarm installations. I went to Auto Concepts to repair my Crime Stoppers remote starter. After going to two other shops and being told that it was obsolete or could not be repaired, I decided to give them a try before I spent over $200 to replace it. To my surprise, when I went to this shop, the associate merely changed the batteries in the key fob. It worked like a charm. Thank you for your honesty and kindness.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for close to 20 years. They do great work at a fair price and never try to do work on the vehicle that is not needed.
