Woodway Curve treadmills are manually driven, making them 30% more effective than a regular treadmill with less joint impact. It's unique design naturally improves running form, and being self-powered means it's better for the environment! All RiPT workouts utilize Polar, a new innovative heart rate monitoring system that tracks raw heart rate, percentage of heart rate max, effort level, and calories burned.

Access your stats anywhere, anytime. Complementary health assessments for all members include: height, weight, blood pressure, anthropometric body measurements, body fat analysis, and waist:hip ratio. These assessments help you keep track of your progress and stay motivated to achieve your health and wellness goals.
Services
Smaller class sizes allow our instructors to give you more attention, provide corrections and/or modifications when necessary. A less intimidating dark room, motivational instructors, high-energy music, and great people are the perfect recipe for a great workout and a great time.

Every one of our instructors holds a minimum of a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology or similar, meaning you are working with someone who knows the body and how it functions, keeping you safer during exercise.Instructors can and will progress and regress exercises to make every workout fit your needs.
Dustin is co-owner of RiPT Fitness and the Director of Client Acquisition. He graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Sports Performance Coach (SPC), Health Fitness Specialist (HFS), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
RIPT offers an incredible workout opportunity. Challenging classes, supportive trainers and great clients make for a tremendous experience. I don't often write reviews but when I do, it is because something is truly special and fantastic and this place and its trainers deserve all the praise in the world!
Due to our small class sizes, cancellations must be made 8 hours prior to the start time of your reserved class in order to avoid a late cancellation penalty. All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the class. First Time Clients: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled class time to receive and get hooked up to our heart rate monitoring system.

I've been a member of RiPT for about 6 months & absolutely love it! The workouts are always different and the instructors are very friendly & motivational. I hurt my knee running last year and have had a hard time strengthening it. Since joining RiPT I've been pain free & can run on it again!

Ript Fitness has been a great, instructor-led workout program.
This is more important than ever as I deal with the aches and pains from old injuries and my age in my late 50s. The professional staff helps me change various movements so I avoid irritating or re-injuring myself. The enthusiasm and positive energy of the staff and the members is also excellent!
Check it out a couple times for free, and mention this as a referral.

I was looking for a change in my life, and have not exercised for years. Going to Ript has been an amazing and life changing experience that I can’t thank them enough for. Sometimes, you just need help and motivation to get back on your feet so you can feel like you again. They get that. They are supportive, motivating, and will do whatever you need to help YOU succeed! Accountability is key! It’s an incredible staff with great people to surround yourself around for positivity and inspiration!

I joined RiPT Fitness after clicking on a Facebook ad. I had a Zoom call with Dustin (the owner) and got set up with a 6 week meal plan and coach to help me along the way. I am now continuing with doing their classes 3 days a week. I have never enjoyed exercise, but I do like the classes at RiPT! I love how it’s never the same, and I feel like I’m getting a great workout. It’s amazing how much stronger I feel after a few months! The trainers are great too. Love RiPT Fitness! Patrick and Al are fantastic trainers!! The way the class breaks down makes time pass quickly, despite the intense work out. Love being able to focus on one area (core, upper body, lower body) once a week while still mastering overall strength and cardio the other days. If you commit to 4-5 days a week you WILL feel and see a difference. I have tried A LOT of other gyms, and this is by far my favorite place to work out!

I tend to be very picky when it comes to exercise. Iv'e worked out at a great many places over the years, and I want workouts that are designed to produce serious results

I would recommend RiPT Fitness and its crew in a heartbeat. I know that my own sprinting abilities and general athletic prowess have improved in part due to their workouts. I especially like their Woodway treadmills, since they are easy on the joints and (being non-motorized) are especially useful for hard interval training, including the occasional brief bust of all-out sprinting. On my first visit to RiPT with a coworker, we just went for smoothies but were given a tour of the fitness facility. I was really impressed. Their classes seem great and they have top notch equipment. So they get an extra star on my review for having what appears to be a really phenomenal fitness program in place. But my review is mostly for the smoothie/health food bar portion of the business.

Value: As a two-time customer of the smoothie bar, I have to say it's pretty average. There are a few pre-designed smoothies or you can build your own from a selection of ingredients. Extra "

I have been to both locations of RIPT Fitness, Beachwood and Bainbridge, and I can honestly say it's the best workout I've ever had. I have always been skeptical of any organized workout and trainers in general. Why do I need such structure and motivation? But I can tell you, the methods that Dustin Carnish uses to maximize your workout are amazing! Seeing your progress, heartbeat, and stats in real time on a screen in front of you is incredibly useful and motivating. And working out side-by-side with other people also gives you something extra.
