Terrible place and doctors aren't careful with their work. My mother went here and they ran additional tests that weren't needed. Additionally they incorrectly prescribed an eye glass prescription. After my mother experienced massive headaches and vertigo, did we figure out it was the new prescription in the glasses.We had her eyes reexamined and low and behold it the prescription was considerably off. Extremely unprofessional environment and sloppy with their work. I would not trust them with my eyes or my mom's eyes.

Long story short, my wife wans t received at the last appt. We were disrespected by Bobbi more than once after she refused to be hustled for a refraction. Bobbi told my wife that she was going to call the police at that point (as she's clearly being condescending & loud in the open wait area) my wife insisted to wait for them so that the incident could be documented in real-time Bobbi lied and said my wife threatened her. From $55 in Aug to $70 in Nov?Know your patient & civil rights. You dont have to take a service if it's not mandatory. Yes, we're 1 in probably 20k other people, but we deserve

Dr. Bowden and staff are the best! My dad had to get a cornea transplant and IOL replacement. Dr. Bowden did an amazing job and the surgery was a success. His love and compassion for people truly is reflected in the work he does. He is kind, gentle and takes his time with the patient. The staff is also very friendly and treats us like family. The surgery center next door is great too and made the surgery process easier to manage. I'm very pleased with the office and would not go anywhere else for my eye care. I thank my God Jehovah for providing these wonderful, well educated people to care of

Everyone here is friendly and kind. They all seem genuinely concerned about their patient’s health and well-being. It’s the reason that I have no problem driving an hour to see them, because it’s worth it. My first time going to them I got lost. They spent 10 minutes talking me in… that is above and beyond the call of duty and is a huge indicator of the kind of care you will receive.
