Horrible, no customer service...didn't even know what I was there for, didn't introduce herself nor explain any of the process even though I said it was my first time. I can't tell any difference in my brows or lashes after the tint that I paid way TOO MUCH for. Would never go back and DO NOT recommend. Very disappointed.

Well I went to have my eyebrows tented and for them shaped paid almost 50.00 and I have to say it took her about 5to 10 minute's and it looked stupid after she shaped it and I precisely told her I do my eyebrows thin and I looked like Oscar the grouch off of sesame street i square dark eyebrows when she finally finished me. I do my eyebrows in a thin line shape and her's looked wide and ugly on my face. I know I could have done it myself and I would have saved money and liked it.

My 1st experience here was ok. Pricing better then competitors (which less expensive doesn't mean better) I was used to private rooms, relaxing atmosphere, nice music and professional lashes. These rooms are not private, they are cubicles, and that would be just fine, but I could hear the other individuals conversations and they ran the vacuum during my session. I did bring ear buds, so I put those in however, I then could not hear what my technician was saying to me. I will go back one more time to see if just a glitch in the matrix. If not, I will go back to the one down the road that I was a

I have had lashes put on numerous times at this NB location with no issues. Then on 1/24/19 my eyes became red, swollen and itchy. I was told it was probably just my allergies and to take some Benadryl. After a few more days I went into the store on 1/28/19 asking to speak to a manager. A young lady came up and I asked if she was the manager and her response was “The manager isn’t here, I’m sort of the assistant manager” So I explain everything to her, she says she’ll reach out to the manager and get back with me. TWO days later she says if I’m willing to come in they will remove them

I am pleased with the way the establishment made my experience with an unprofessional worker, right. Chelsea is a very professional stylist that provided the best service and care. I absolutely love, Vanessa, my technician here and my lashes always look great. The front desk is friendly and helpful. I gave it a low star rating, because today I went in for a two week refill and found it at the price has increased significantly since my last visit, due to new management. There was no message, email or warning of the increase until I arrived to my appointment. I have been a long-term member, but will have to consider changing salons due to this increase.

I had an excellent experience at this studio. I have never had eye lash extensions before, until this experience.
Luly was extremely sweet and professional and took the time to explain what I should expect and how to take care of my extensions. She did a phenomenal job and I'm extremely happy!

The first time they did my lash lift the lady was in such a hurry to finish my lashes to go home that she did not leave the chemicals on long enough and my lashes fell to their normal height. She set a timer and didn’t even let the time go through all the way. They then scheduled me to try and fix it but had to cancel the appointment since they said it was too soon and they would fry my lashes. We rescheduled my correction appointment to a later day and I came out with brittle fried lashes that looked broken and bent and not even lifted. If you want to retain business long-term, the people working your font desk need to be pleasant #1. Then, #2 if ALL you do is brows and lash, you need to be able to DO brows and lash without turning potential new customers away with a 1 hour wait time. Staff up, in BOTH aspects.
Went 3 buildings over and had her brows done (completed) less than 10 min later and they look great.

Sensitive!! I will never go here again! My daughter bought me a Mother's Day gift card and I went. I've done my lashes in the past and this has never happened. I woke up with both my eyes shut with mucus. I had blood shot red eyes for a week. I had the worst week ever i had to pull them out. It was ridiculous!

Not impressed at all. My mom got her lashes done as a Christmas present for us and didn't last her barley a week!!! And we paid like $80 just for them to fall out. Well she still had money on her gift cards and got it a second time. And same results! It's way cheaper just to do it yourself if they are just going to fall out. $175 into the trash

Love love love this place!! I've gone back at least 4 times now and I have always loved the result of my lashes. The waiting area is pristine and light. My lash tech is Sam and she is a delight. Always has a smile on her face and is helpful when it comes to questions. I always recommend my friends try here if they are thinking of trying extensions. It's worth it.

I hate to give a bad review. Honestly the young ladies here have always been sweet and professional. I don't doubt their talent or skill either. My lashes always looked lovely when I left. The product is simply inferior. Scheduling fills every 10-14 days is ridiculous. The adhesive is just crummy. The salon is pretty and clean. The young ladies are precious. It's just the extensions/adhesive that are no good. They've got me hooked, I had to find another salon.

I had a full set of lashes put in on July 28...they all went straight so I went in for a correction (which they did not correct and per the stylist she couldn't remove and reapply, she could only add new ones and obviously I hadn't even lost many since it had only been a few days) here we are 4 full days later and half the lashes from my right eye are gone...waste of my time and my money

I am new to this salon. I have been having eyelash extensions done for the last 7 years consistently. I have had one person do them for 5 years and they used Xtreme lash and was very happy. Then I moved to a different state and couldn't find xtreme lash so I tried different places and settled for amazing lash. They were not bad but it was all I had in the area. I moved to New Braunfels and tried to find Xtreme lash again. I have tried a couple of people and spas but they just weren't full like I had before. It seemed worse than amazing lash. So I figured I would stop getting them done

Had to go out of town for a family emergency and asked to reschedule, they were unsympathetic about my situation and still charged me $35 for not being able to come in and asked me if "that was ok?" Obviously I have no option, will not return to an unsympathetic company that is just looking for your money! Things come up, but that doesn't matter here :)

I had walked in asking for an appointment later that day and they were extremely helpful and gave me a rundown of what to expect. When I got in for my appointment they took care of me quickly. Raven did my lashes and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole two hours, and when she finished I was incredibly impressed by her work! Definitely will be back
