Hello Lashes

The appointment was fine until I was done and realized my technician wasn't wearing a mask while being that close to my face. I get some people don't care, but please ask as I do. I just let it go.
My lashes started falling out a lot too within the next week (even next day). Mostly on my right eye and on the ends, I tried to give benefit of a doubt bc maybe she didn't know how to do my eye shape until I read the reviews..glad to know I wasn't the only one..
I had already scheduled my fill and their scheduler reached out to me a little over 2 weeks in advanced to see if I wanted

Jasmine is the absolute BEST lash artist I've ever had! I've tried pretty much every lash place in town and with Jasmine,the quality of work and the finished result is beyond amazing and FAR surpasses any other lash artist I've ever seen! My lashes stay on for weeks (every other place I've gone has had to give me weekly fills)! I get compliments on my lashes everywhere I go cause they are perfect! Love, love, love Jasmine!!!

I have been coming to hello lashes for 6+ months now after moving to the area and have tried countless lash boutiques not only in the surrounding area, but all over Texas and the US while traveling for work. Jasmine is my lash tech and I really cannot rave about her enough! Working in medical device sales, and more specifically the vision care industry, it is extremely important to me to not only have my eyes & lashes look amazing, but be done by a true professional. I have found it extremely difficult to find a lash boutique in the area that even remotely compares to the level of expertise

Best place to get your lashes done in New Braunfels. Anna and Ryann are so talented and it really shows through their work. I wouldn't get my lashes done anywhere else! I love my lashes and am now addicted to the look, and the convenience of them. 💕

Best place for lashes around ! These ladies always do an amazing job ! The staff is so sweet and professional! I go every few weeks and I'm addicted! Could not do without them and i always get asked where I go!!! Love them

My tech was sweet and got me in quick. The classic looked great but I chose to go to someone else for a follow up treatment due to eyelashes falling out in large bunches. The follow up tech stated the lash HL used was too big for my natural lash and that many were dropped on multiple natural lashes this leading to the problems I was having.

It pains me to have to write a review with only 2 stars, but my lash retention here was HORRIBLE.

Disclaimer: I've had lash extensions PLENTY of times in the past and I know how to care for them. That being said, my retention previously with other places was 3 weeks, if not more. I would only go once a month, ever.
