For the past few months I have been receiving distance Reiki from Paula. I have also been doing traditional therapy, and other healing modalities, but Reiki was really what I needed to help my body process and release a lot of tension and held trauma. Even from a distance I was able to instantly feel when Paula was starting the session. Sometimes I would go into deep meditation, sometimes I would fall fast asleep and wake up feeling incredibly refreshed and energetically clean. She was very receptive to my intentions for each session and very respectful of my space in terms of communication, yet
