Services
Working with clients internationally, Sharna helps them uncover the source of wounds and blockages so they can live freer, fuller and brighter lives. Using Reiki, meditation, and energy therapy she facilitates a holistic and individualized journey toward healing. Like so many of us, her path toward working in the healing arts started with her own journey of healing.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Certified Reiki Practitioners channel life force energy, the building blocks of all life, through a hands on healing technique. Reiki removes energetic blockages allowing the recipient to create optimum wellness on all levels including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Leveraging more than just traditional Usui Reiki, Sharna combines many different modalities to create a complete and holistic experience based on your needs and personal healing path. After their sessions, clients report feeling calmer, more relaxed and happier. They are also freed from physical pain they may have been experiencing and are able to move through the obstacles or blocks in their lives more easily.
Distance Reiki sessions work exactly like in-person sessions, however they are conducted via phone. As the hermetic law of similarity states that we are all connected across time and distance, distance Reiki sessions allow a link to be set up between Sharna and the client to facilitate the same healing benefits you'd receive in-person.
Sharna provides Reiki Certification in Levels 1, 2 and Master. Her classes provide a very intentional blend of lecture and practical application, so that her students fully understand Reiki concepts, while at the same time having the opportunity to practice feeling, harnessing and moving energy. Level 1 is a practitioner's initiation into Reiki and is open to anyone.

I don't normally write reviews but I visited Sharna during a really tough time and she was amazing. It was my first Reiki or healing experience and I felt instantly at ease and "seen" by her. She took the time to explain things to me and was incredibly warm and empathetic. I didn't realize she is also an intuitive and the things she said were spot on. She even checked in with me a few days later and shared some resources that I'm using to continue healing. I highly recommend Sharna--for me it was an incredible experience.

I received my Reiki I and Reiki II certifications with Sharna of Seek Spark Shine. I searched high and low for a Reiki Master and after weeks of research, I contacted Sharna about her upcoming Reiki I. Sharna's energy is so calming and graceful, her teaching style is informative and she really allows you to work with your intuition and builds your confidence as you progress. She is a beautiful soul inside and out and I would recommend her as a Reiki Master to anyone interested in this energy healing modality. Our paths crossed for a purpose and I am so grateful for that!

I have had the pleasure of working with Sharna a few different times. Mostly virtual courses, however this past weekend I was able to attend a Reiki 1 certification at her office. I was fortunate enough to have my Reiki 1 atunements given to me by Sharna. I have been receiving Reiki treatment from her for over a year now. The people in the class with me were also incredible and it was a very special and moving experience.

Sharna is an incredible healing practitioner and we're lucky to have her services in Santa Fe. I had an extremely powerful experience with Sharna, and I can't recommend her enough. I have had reiki in the past (in a circle setting) many years ago. I've known about Sharna for awhile and am sorry I waited so long to see her! I voiced to her some of the bigger things I'm currently going through and she was 100% compassionate and very easy to share with. After the reiki we sat and talked for a few minutes and Sharna explained some of the things she was able to intuit about me that I hadn't even mentioned! Sharna is an incredibly gifted healer! In addition to that, having gone through Sharna's reiki training program, I can attest that she is an amazing teacher as well. Having done a lot of training and facilitation in my past, I can be hard to please when sitting in the learner's chair. I appreciated how Sharna organized her reiki training session and felt that she provided the right balance of presentation and participation for those of us in the training.

Once I decided to begin to practice Reiki, I needed a teacher and fate led me to Sharna. Some of the things I loved about attending her Level 1 Reiki workshop is that despite her experience and knowledge, she doesn't believe in the guru/student relationship that can occur in these circles. She freely shares herself, her knowledge and her energy with a loving, kind, and joyful attitude. I appreciated her ready smile and encouraging direction. I had been suffering with some of the worst anxiety and depression I've ever had in my life for the past three months. I tried just about everything I could in that time to get better: yoga, meditation, self help books, diet, exercise months of therapy etc. to no avail. Sharna is THE best.
I've felt a call to practice reiki for a while now and quieted it for the last couple of years due to life circumstances. I was talking to a friend about it and she mentioned she got her reiki I certification at spirit yoga in San Diego. I decided to look up their website only to find that a level 1 class was starting the following weekend. I signed up and the rest is history...Sharna is amazingly talented and has really built a beautiful business that doesn't feel like a business. Id happily pay what i did again and more to learn reiki from her. Shes just the best
