Be careful if you decide to stay here. The area is both clean and quiet but maintenance will take months to fix a broken dishwasher and days to fix broken air conditioner. Other than that & bring grossly overpriced it's not such a bad place to stay.

I have to say I’m very please with Stanford. I love my townhouse, it’s peaceful here, my work orders are always met within a reasonable time frame, and the office staff are professional and very down to earth. I fell behind on rent because I lost my job during Covid, I was able to contact the office and get the help I needed. The manager was very sensitive to my needs and helped me throughout the whole process. If I couldn’t reach her by phone, I was able to speak with the leasing manager and communicate through emails.

The upkeep of the place is honesty terrible. If you take a tour you can see that siding has been torn off some homes and never replace. Management also seems to be okay with tenants living with suspicious mold on the walls, not even having someone come look at it to determine whether the mold is of the toxic variety, because kids live here. Just proceed with caution.

I loved living here until we got new management. The manager is extremely rude and makes it an uncomfortable place to call home. As a tenant, we have to pay for our own repairs (toilet seats, blinds, and etc.). They have a rule to only clean the carpet once as a courtesy free of charge. You will be disappointed if you move here...keep searching!

My husband and I have lived at Stanford Townhouses for almost 5 years. Management has always been pleasant, and if we are ever in need of maintenance the turn around time is typically very fast. The grounds are kept up very nicely, and it’s very quiet and peaceful throughout the subdivision. I would absolutely recommend that others check Stanford Townhouses out!

I currently live at Stanford now and I love it! Stanford isn't a place to stay forever, it was built I think back in the 70's so we could use some updates here and there. It's more of a place to stay and get things in order so you can move on to greater. Like purchase a home or a condo! Move out of state and so on!

I currently live in the Stanford community and I am EXTREMELY pleased. Firstly, the location is excellent close to the border of Farmington Hills with access to nearby grocery stores, parks, restaurants and major freeways. For those with an active lifestyle, there is lots of sidewalk space for runners, walkers, and bikers alike. Secondly, the Community Manager Ashley has a heart of gold. She works endless hours providing a clean and safe environment for residents while handling a three (3) person job by herself. I will never forget how she worked with me and my family while transitioning to this

Was good until new management came in I am a grown man and I give respect so I deserve respect this manager Ashly does not have very good people skills and do not no how to communicate with tenants this will be an issue for time to come I don’t know what her problem but she needs to learn how to talk to a tenant.

I currently live here and my experience has been great up until new management. Lately, I have noticed that maintenance does not keep their appointments. We have several things broken in our home and Im still waiting on maintenance to fulfill their 72 hour wait period, even though it's been almost 2 weeks! The newest manger is very rude and not personable. Not to mention no one ever answers the phone in the office to assist.
