Established in 1803, Statesboro, Georgia started as a small trading outpost that provided basic necessities to local plantation owners. Following General William T. Beacon Place Statesboro is an excellent place to call home. We have lived here for 4.5 years and readily recommend this location without hesitation. The staff, community, amenities, and atmosphere are top notch. The location right on the Greenway trail is ideal for families and those who enjoy outdoor exercising.

I've been at Beacon Place for 2 years. The property is exactly what I wanted. Although the amenities are wonderful, what separates this property from the reset is the wiliness of the staff to go the extra mile to help out. No matter what you need, they are always there with a smile. Couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during my time in Statesboro. Keep up the good work. I'll miss this place!

I have lived in Beacon Place for almost two years now and I haven’t had a complaint yet. It is a great environment for young business adults as it provides a lot of amenities that they might not be able to afford. The front office has also been great as well, especially Stephanie, as they are always available when you have an issue.

I wanted to wait a couple months to really get a feel for this place. I truly love living here! In a college town, it was nice to find a community that was not college oriented. Beacon Place is a quiet, lovely, professional/family development/community. I absolutely love having a dog park, so that Piper (my dog) can run her energy out. Everyone say's hi in passing and makes you feel welcome from the moment you move in. Staff is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I truly recommend living here.
