I and my entire family have been seeing Dr. Kelly and his outstanding staff for many years for our eye health. The office wait time can be a little longer than most, but it is definitely worth the wait! From the moment you enter the office, the front desk receptionist is extremely friendly, kind, caring, and professional! The assistant who did the preliminary eye check was also perfect. Knowledgeable, friendly, and caring; it makes the exam comfortable. Dr. Kelly makes the wait worthwhile! I know I can trust him, and he always takes time to listen and make sure the lenses he prescribes are a perfect

I was in town from California (Laguna Beach) visiting family and by chance stopped in with my mother to keep her company and look around.
I was very impressed by the selection and completely blown away by the customer service. Jan is amazing. She got me fitted for a new pair of Tom Fords and I would never consider going anywhere else in Cleveland for glasses. 5 stars all the way. Thank you Jan!

I have been a patient here for many years. Dr. Kelly has helped myself and both of my kids with fantastic eye exams. There is a very professional and welcoming atmosphere at this office. Excellent personal attention. Jan, the optical expert is perfect to give advice and help with eyeglass frames. I highly recommend them.
