The crew from JunkDoctorsNJ came to my house this morning for a quick and simple job of removing/replacing an old area rug and moving the furniture to facilitate that, which is a job I wouldn't have been able to do myself. They did the work quickly and efficiently, and I was very satisfied with the result. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tasks like this done.

I hired Junk Doctors to empty out my fathers apartment as he recently passed away. The team sent to do the job were very polite and professional. They also arrived in the window of time that was scheduled and went to work promptly. They hauled away everything including the items that weren’t bagged up by the time they got there. The reason I couldn’t give them a 5 star review was there price being as high as it was. They charge by the truckload like most places do. I was their last stop for the day and the truck was completely empty when they arrived. Because of this the truck wasn’t loaded

We needed to have a mattress removed and it’s the first time I’ve used junk dr’s or any service like there’s. They were able to come the day after I called and they showed up earlier than scheduled but they called to ask if it was ok rather than just showing up. I’d recommend them to anyone needing something taken away and their price was fair as well.

One of their team members John informed me that they donate recycle as much as possible, as I was close to throwing away a very expensive device, and he was able to maintenance it by taking it apart and fixing it! This shows how much they really care about the environment & keeping NJ eco friendly, they don't offer maintenance as a service but this time they truly went above and beyond expectations! Highly recommend this service. We had a situation where a relative had an overwhelming amount of “stuff” to get rid of. Junk doctors came in and removed 1/2 truck full within an hour. The price was reasonable based upon the mess they had to clean out. We can now pack the rest and move forward with a planned relocation.

We made decision to get ride of our upright piano. Online I got a quote in minutes, happy with the price, I asked to schedule pick up. Six hours later two very pleasant gentlemen notified me they would arrive in 20 minutes, and on time they removed the piano. Took longer to make decision to get ride of that old piano. 15 years discussing!! 6 hours to removal!! Would recommend and will use Junkdoctors again. Great job!

I was so happy that a live, and kind person picked up my call well after standard business hours and was able to arrange for a pickup of my furniture the next day! I was called 25 minutes before the scheduled arrival, so I would know when to expect the team. The 3 gentlemen were careful and thoughtful about removing a large table etc., from my home without scratching a single wall or floor. I am also happy to know that JunkDoctors has relationships with various donor agencies, and that it is likely that my old table and chairs will be a help for someone else.
