When you walk into a doctors office the secretary is the first person you see(welcome mat) … Not Here! Girl was very rude to my wife and I… was not the least bit professional! The office did not stand up for my wife and I and Dr SHEETZ did nothing about it… not even a phone call to apologize! Take care of your patients without them you have no practice! Would not recommend this office!

First time I came in November for employer physical as new patient waited over hour to get back to room to wait more. Brought daughter today because dr told me that was not normal wait time. Been here 1.5 hrs 1 hour past appointment time. Never coming back will find another place to spend my money. Why make appointments?

Do NOT accept Sylvia McRae as your provider at this clinic. She is a nice lady and great to chat with, but you don't want her as your doctor (and she actually isn't one anyway, but a "nurse practitioner.') In my case, she ordered the wrong test for my condition, never called or scheduled an appointment to discuss the results of the second test with me, etc. It's been weeks now. She gave me inappropriate medication against my stated wishes, apparently not even knowing what class of drug she was prescribing and how it works, and refused to take corrective measures for any of this after multiple voice

Will not longer being using this place. When nobody can call me back when I'm experiencing a lot of pain , not even a follow up call, it's very disheartening and I will be looking for a new primary. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone now, completely unprofessional and I really thought they'd care about my well being.
