Never in my life have I tried so hard to make a dr appt. I have been calling for a week and I'm told that they will call me back and they dont. I call sit on hold for 10 to 15 min only to be told that they have to talk to the dr to see what labs I need and they will call back. Well it's been 8 days, I'm still waiting. I guess I'll have to go to the hospital. Its 2019 people get your act together!!

Great an wonderful doctor, but its obsoletely outraged to wait over 4 months! And no, Im not a new patient! I waited to go to my appointment on September 4th, but I had Family emergency and I call to rescsgule a day before , next available was January 8th! Its over 4 month! Plus to make it worse the lady on a phone was rude and unhelpful . I will wait 4 months because the Dr. Tiwana is a best rheumatologist I seen.So, if I will have to put a feed back on a droctor and her nurse its hands down would be 5 stars, but the office staff and over all experience 2 stars and its pushing it.
