I had previously written a bad review for this place. I got a phone call from this store and I talked to Delton. He was the employee I interacted with when I went in to get my phone fixed. I had felt like I wasn't being treated like a valued customer but it was a misunderstanding. Delton personally apologized and explained to me that he never meant any harm. I believe him. He did fix my phone when I had been told by 3 other stores that they could not fix it. I got an update about my phone while it was in the shop which was very courteous and Delton did reach out to me on the day that he said it

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience at all. Months of time went by with no updates from employees/manager/owner as promised several times. I had to call/go in-person to get an update every time. When I finally wanted to pick up my laptop as it still wasn't done and I kept getting promises it could be done on the weekend...it was misplaced. And another week went by with no word. I finally went in and luckily it was found. I was able to pick it up, and I did not have to pay. The only positives, the front desk guy was very polite and I didn't have to pay. Other than that

I took iPhone 8 in with a mysterious problem -the Home button quit working. Told there was a fee for diagnostics, I agreed and left phone with them.
As it turned out, there was no fix for problem although I could still use phone with easy work around.
All options were clearly explained to me and when I prepared to pay diagnostic fee, I was told it wasn't necessary!
He said to use the fee for future phone upgrade when I was ready.
It is so rare these days to find workers who take pride in their work and are decent and kind. Also VERY informative!

I've taken any and all my broken/damaged phones I've ever had to Mobile Phone Geeks, and they do good by you. I don't really understand why any negative reviews even exist.
They set the precident for customer service, industry knowlegde, and just all around kind of everything.
I'll never seriously consider taking my phone anywhere else.
This isn't hyperbole or exaggeration. If they were surgeons, I'd rest easy.
If it's a little out of your way or whatever excuse you may have, make it there.

A+, knowledgeable, courteous, professionals. Despite difficulties inherent to the business of delicate work with delicate parts, despite the added difficulty of the craziness of Corona Covid 19 making getting the screen extra challenging, these guys persisted, met the challenge & now my iPad is as good as new! I'm pleased and satisfied; how much better is it to spend $178 rather than $1,234? And despite setbacks of receiving defective screens, they didn't charge me another cent! Even when I offered to pay. Gotta admire that.

Had the worst experience with this business , took laptop in for repair and was told it would be ready in a week ,2 weeks later I called and they still hadn't fixed it and was told it would be another week . Was quoted 160. When it was dropped off and it turned out to be over 200. told them they would not be getting anymore of my business and they offered a discount on my next visit after I told them I wouldn't be back.. unreliable and unprofessional place .

I always replace my iPhone's screen myself when it breaks (I get it from Amazon, replacement is easy), but for some random reason, it wouldn't turn on after the last time. Took it there, had it fixed within 2-3 hours and they charged me a very fair price. Guy was very nice too before we decided to make the repair - communication on best solution route and different options was patient and honest.

Mobile Geeks on General Bruce Dr in Temple is the best! They are kind, intelligent and fast! They are personable and kind to my children which, as a mom, is very helpful when doing errands with my young ones. Make sure your any part you order is the color you want. I recently had a part of my phone replaced and it was the wrong color. The employee I talked to did nothing when I said this was to him. This is poor customer service and if you do business with them than make sure they order what you want.
The work was done well that is the only reason I am giving any stars. Would recommend people to go some where else.

Awesome quick service and very nice people. I was referred to Mobile Geeks by the AT&T store across the way when I had cracked the screen on my iPhone but really didn't want to get a whole new phone (waiting for the iPhone 6 to come out). I walked in to see about fixing my phone...a little while later walked out with a brand new looking phone and a smile on my face. Decently priced too compared to others in the area. Cannot say enough good things!! Thanks guys for being there when I was desperately needing my phone fixed.
