OTW Wireless Repair was founded in Austin, Texas in 2016 by Texas State Graduate Carder Wallace. After hearing complaints of inconvenient hours, long wait times, and lack of customer service in the cellphone repair industry, OTW was founded to meet all of those needs.

Ok. Hands down this guy is the best. Carder was extremely quick to respond and extremely quick to fix a phone. He will come straight to you and fix the entire phone right in front of you. It is mesmerizing, especially if you are 3 drinks deep at Pool Burger. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs a quick screen fix. I LOVE HIM.

Okay, I will never buy a new iPhone again. I will only be using this guy's services, no joke! I don't know why anyone would buy a new phone when they could use OTW and let me tell you why! I broke my phone when it fell out of my pocket into the toilet so first I went to Verizon bc I knew I was eligible for an upgrade. However "upgrades" these days literally only mean payment plans. They told me it was going to still be $800 for an iPhone 8! So I said forget that, I looked on Offer Up to find someone who was selling a refurbished phone and found his company. It looked legit bc

You could spend $40-$50 online for a DIY replacement screen and then spend 2 hours doing a tedious repair (if you're lucky), or you spend $100 for Carder to come to you with all the parts required and do a much better job in 10 minutes. I wish I had called him before attempting the repair myself (and failing miserably). Can't give enough praise for his workmanship and professionalism.

If I could give Carder a MILLION star review, I would do so.
I had been storing random business cards in the back of my case, behind my iPhone, which caused my screen to become separated from the phone a bit. Being the "constant in motion" person I am, I procrastinated on getting that fixed and ended up with a black screen of death from it coming completely separated.
We had used Carder previously for my daughter's phone and were left VERY pleased with his services, so I scrambled to find his card and gave him a call.
This guy is great! Met at a local spot, sat right there

I am beyond satisfied with the work that Carder did on my iPhone 6s screen repair! Within an hour, I had contacted Carder, met up with him, and walked away with a (perfectly) repaired screen! I was a bit skeptical in general to use a service outside of going to an apple store, but, given OTWs reviews, I took a chance. Carder met me at my barbershop on my lunch break! Talk about killing two birds with one stone!
He had my screen swapped in less than 10 mins, made sure it worked, and he let me check the phone out and make sure it was back to its pre functioning condition before I had touchscreen issues.
Overall - Fast, friendly, professional service, Carder's a super nice guy, and I'm 100% satisfied with his work!

Wow! I saw my friend's kiddo toss my iPhone and thought, glad I have a sturdy case! No. He then threw the iPhone sans case. Sad face. I am super busy and did not have the time go through the hassle of trying to wait to get a new phone and wasn't excited to shell out the money. Then a friend told me about OTW phone repair. He met me at the reception desk of my chiropractor, no joke, and had a new glass screen installed quickly and carefully. He explained to me that the screws are different lengths inside so you really have to know what you are doing or you can damage the internal components
