This is the only place I'd consider taking my phones or tablets to for repair. I recently dropped an iPad Pro 4, shattered the screen. Apple wanted a fortune to fix, so I started shopping around. Checked several places, this one had the best reviews and a great price. They got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time, and the iPad is like new. Friendly guys, no mega store vibe. A+

Wow! Ryan at the Dripping Springs ISmashed fixed my IPhone in a matter of minutes. It went from a completely dark screen to fixed. He also advised me on what to do to ensure this does not happen again. He was very polite and professional. I feel better just knowing that they are there for my device emergencies.

I had a great experience with iSmashed. I needed my cracked screen repaired, but with a newborn was having trouble getting out to a store. Chuck came to my home and replaced it in no time. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. My phone looks good as new!

I got a brand new screen on my phone in a very timely manner thanks to Chuck who managed to make it out to my location to repair it within a few hours of me submitting my request online. I had called for just a screen repair but Chuck went above and beyond by cleaning my phone as well as clearing the debris from my charging port. Thank you Chuck and thank you iSMASHED repair! I have been to see these guys twice for a broken phone & a grain of rice stuck in airpods. Both times they were swift, efficient & did everything they could to fix my problem at the lowest possible cost. They have a forever customer in this mom of two boys! We'll be back... I mean I hope not but if we have to we will definitely come here!! Highly recommended.

Pretty honest repair shop. Came in expecting to pay top dollar for an iPhone 11 screen. A younger guy greeted me with smiles and appreciation. I expressed to him how I damaged my screen and he replied with sympathy and explained the procedure and price for my iPhone 11 screen. When he took my phone to start the repair process and while examining the phone , he found that I only cracked the screen protection. He then put a brand new one on for 25$ He easily could of charged my more money for something I did. It need. This is why I shop local , honesty and great people.

I had replaced an iPhone screen at another company a year ago. As it turned out, they used very cheap parts, and the screen never worked properly. I brought my phone to iSMASHED this time around, and left 10 minutes later with a brand new, high quality screen that looks and responds better than ever. I will be coming back to these guys from now on!

I went in today to get my phone screen fixed after a family member spilled wine on my iPhone XS. Parts of the left side of the screen were unresponsive.
Usually, you drop the phone off and come back in a few hours. I handed over the phone to the technician and he spent 10-15 minutes with it, during which I assumed he was just assessing it to give me a quote, nope! Gave me the phone back and I was shocked when he said he finished the repair in that time. I wouldn’t anticipate this turnaround since he said I came in at a good time, right when he finished other repairs, but totally worth every

This is my go to place to get my iPhones fixed. They are always professional, and the turn around is usually about a day or so.
I recently brought in a phone that I tried to fix myself based of a YouTube video that made it look like a quick fix. Needless to say, it didn't work, so I ended up bringing it in. I was initially quoted a price to have the whole piece replaced. Fortunately, they were able fix it without having to replace the part for a much cheaper price! I learned my lesson, and will leave the repairs up to the professionals.

First time here. We moved to the area in November. My iPhone started acting up and then wouldn’t charge. And I had an iPad with a cracked screen. Up early this morning, I searched and found iSmashed. The online reviews were excellent. I sent a note asking about their services. Scott replied as soon as they opened. I called with a few additional questions and then went to the store. Scott met me at the door, diagnosed the problem and told me the price. He said the phone would be ready in 20 min and the IPad tomorrow. Great! We ran an errand and returned. Both items fixed and ready to go. Wow!

For needing to self-quarantine in Austin, with a decimated iPad, finding iSmashed was truly a Godsend. From being willing to come to the car (avoiding contact) to less than 24-hour turnaround, I have a repaired iPad, and a vivid recollection of quality service from the gentleman taking care of me. Great service and extremely friendly! They repaired a cracked iPhone screen in under 30 minutes and it cost me $10 more than if I had ordered the kit and done it myself. I am handy enough to do the repair myself, but their lifetime warranty sealed the deal for me. Hands down the most affordable electronics repair business in the hill country; stop searching for a better price and take the trip to see them. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic service! The friendly gentleman behind the counter communicated the process clearly, repaired my phone in less than 10 minutes and charged less than I would have paid for my insurance deductible. They have a comfy couch and nice waiting area. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this company if your phone needs repair.
