I highly recommend Carrie. I exercise daily but like most people I had a few reoccurring aches I couldn't address so went see Carrie. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and immediately addressed my challenges, just small changes to my routine that made all the different. If you are serious about health and fitness then go and see Carrie.
