I worked with Young Kim when she repped a home in Miami Twp that my parents purchased from her client. We elected to use her as a buyer's/dual agent because she was professional and responsive to our questions. She assisted w/ closing issues (parents downsizing, sold old house then needed to close on new house...ideally before being forced to take intermediate housing, a real hassle).
She made it happen; provided seamless contacts w/ contractors, etc...we only had a few days leeway...
I did notice that her efforts really helped her client sell his home as well. And wondered if her client knew
