My rating for David Cole, sales associate who handle our purchase. Although swim spa from Jacuzzi is super fun and great, we had a minor issue that I could not explain on the phone. Dave came to my home on his day off and quickly fixed it.
Since you spend a lot of money, you want to buy from someone committed for customer service like Dave.

Notice how there are no bad reviews?
Ordered a spa in July...was suppose to be delivered in September...to date (December)...no spa. Keep getting the excuse that it's not ready. Hummm depending on who answers the phone I get a different answer. Also, had to pay 1/2 down...so they have thousands of my dollars...I have no spa.

My husband and I are in the market for a hot tub. We came to this location to get information about styles and prices. The female working was so friendly. She answered all our questions, explain the types of hot tubs, the pricing and delivery.
This location was clean and you could actually get into the hot tub to try it out. We didn't because we were not dressed for the occasion but they looked amazing.
They had several hot tubs to choose from, various sizes and of course various prices.

I had purchased a Jacuzzi then two days later I was put in intensive care so I had to cancel the purchase. I tried calling the shop and the first person told me that wasn't an option so I said I wanted to speak to the manager, he said to call back the next day. Still in the hospital I called the following date, the manager was sympathetic to my plight but had to talk to the owner. I was on hold for awhile and he finally told me that it would be ok! The problem lies that the owner charged me a 15% restocking fee!!! The jacuzzi I had chosen was a floor model which was never moved to be restocked

Everyone we have dealt with has been a 5 star! We are enjoying our new Jacuzzi and love the fact that any problems and questions are just a phone call away. Our salesman Michael, the delivery crew and Lee, the installer have all been over the top friendly and knowledgeable. So nice to deal with a service oriented company!

THE BEST! We bought our old hot tub elsewhere, and we are so happy we found Aqua Paradise this time! We went everywhere, and Aqua Paradise blew all the other places out of the water. Superior service, great product knowledge, and no pushy sales tactics. Th delivery crew and set up guy were also as good as it gets. We will never ever go to another hot tub/Jacuzzi place.

My wife and I decided we wanted a spa but we specifically were looking for a Jacuzzi brand spa after comparing other brands. I initially went to the Rancho Bernardo location and I told them my concerns on how the spa would fit through my side gate and the next day, the owner came out and measured the access confirming it would fit. The stuff was very helpful to choose the right one for me and for my budget. They really took time to go over with me about all the details me or my wife needed.
Delivery was great, got a call from delivery guys couple hours before, and they were so careful to make sure I am satisfied! Then another guy come in to fill with water, and set with chemicals.
I also got for free 3 months starting kit, and they reached me how to keep up with it, so my water is safe, clear and sanitized.
