This place was great! Upon entering, they completed a temperature check and required hand sanitization. Thereafter, I completed my paperwork (their online system was malfunctioning), and then I moved forward with my appointment. I will say, I did not wait long before I was seen my the doctor and his assistant. Both were very professional, fun, and clean. I loved the fact that they asked questions and allowed me to express my concerns without any judgement!!! BTW the gadgets they use were pretty cool! I always love the advancement of technology so it was cool to go through this process.

A co-worker recommended Dr Min 2years ago and I'm so glad she did. Dr Min has been helpful while exploring contacts and has steered me towards some preventative issues for clogged ducts.
Staff is very knowledgeable about frames and found things I never would have noticed. I can't say enough good things about the people.
My only criticism is that the hours could be a challenge for people like my husband because they are closed weekends, but they are open until 7 twice a week. I highly recommend them if these hours fit your schedule.

I had my 2nd visit at this office yesterday and was super impressed with every aspect. From scheduling my appointment, checking in, pre-testing, and the exam, everything was exceptional. The office itself was upscale, clean, and high tech. Even though it had been 5 years since my last exam (shame on me), they were not judgmental; only compassionate and helpful. I felt that they were concerned about my overall eye health and committed to helping me fix it. I would highly recommend this office.

As an 40 year eyeglass wearer, the exam was awesome. Service in regards to the eyeglass purchase, horrible. Please do not tell a patient 10 days to receive glasses and it is now going on three weeks and blame the vision insurance labs for quality issues. Contact your customers if there are issues and if you can not follow through be honest. Failing to do will cost you customers. I will never let them make my glasses EVER again. Do not make the customer feel as if their asking for help is a burden to you. WE ARE YOUR INCOME and telling me that I don't need to have my physical prescription

You know it's a great place when your 7-yr-old is excited that she gets to go to the eye doctor. Dr Simms is the best pediatric optometrist EVER! My kids love her! And all the equipment they use to test various aspects of their eyes feels like playing games to them. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place for your kids, too. Only complaint is the choice of frames is limited for preteens/teens.

First time customer to Northwest Vision and very impressed with their service and attentiveness during the eye exam, looking forward to coming back for routine eye exams and entrusting them with with my eye health. They have very current equipment and spent time explaining the tests and health ramifications to me.
Selection of frames was excellent as they carry a wide variety that fits multiple face types. At the time of my visit, they also had a nice buy one get one 50% off deal that included 50% off the frame, lenses, add-ons (polarized, blue light filtering, etc.) which was very nice.

I found Northwest Vision from a groupon and have ended up being a regular patient. The receptionist and doctors have all been very nice and friendly and answers all questions I have had. They have a good selection of frames to choose from and I have never had an eye doctor spend so much time helping me pick frames- it's like having a personal shopper! I will continue to come here for my annual exams and for any issues that may pop up down the line- I know I am in good hands.

Northwest vision center is a very nice facility. The center is very nice and organized. The staffs are very nice to myself and my husband. On the day, we went back to go look eyeglasses at ~ 20 mins before they are closed, they are still very welcome and taking the time with us to explain how much my insurance will cover for the frame and lenses.
I highly encourage this vision center.

Alright. I'll admit it. I haven't seen an eye doctor since 2006. This is decidedly more disturbing when you consider that I've found a way to stretch my contact lenses out this long. Ouch.
So, when I pulled out the final contact lenses out of their box, my vanity spurred me along to FINALLY see an eye doctor. It was only good timing that the Groupon for that day happened to be for Northwest Vision Center. AND its right down the road from my doctor AND dentist.
