We are located in the Wood Craft Shopping Center on the corner of Bethel Road and Kenny Road. Our optometrists take the time to explain the results of your eye exam, describe your options and listen to your eye care needs. Dr. Steven Manning completed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University and majored in Biomedical Science. He then continued his education at The Ohio State University College of Optometry, receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree and graduating magna cum laude in 2018. Dr. Manning was also honored with membership in Beta Sigma Kappa honor society recognizing academic achievement in optometry school.

It won't be hard to receive a normal level of service when you buy a brand new pair of glasses. However, any step in the exam and selection has to be communicated well. If you have specific requirement, you don't expect they can read it although they are obvious, like your nose is not high like others, and the way you wear it, they try to change the position they think the glasses should place at. All of these won't help you get a good pair fit your need, as they won't think what else they can do to fix it, they only do what you think is the problem. And I am giving up to squeeze time from work

Dr. Steven Manning is very thorough and efficient. I felt quite confident in his examination and diagnosis of my eyes. We are very happy with Dr. Manning at North Star. My husband, myself, both of my daughters as well as their children are all patients of his. It is nice to know that he has taken advanced Practice Fellowship in Binocular Vision as well as Pediatrics at OSU.

I’ve been going here for years and I will continue to! Since the pandemic, they have lots of precautions in place and it’s very organized and easy to follow. Dr. Steven Manning is awesome, charismatic and he showed me a lot and made everything easy to understand! The rest of the staff were also positive and helped me find a pair of glasses while finding the best prices with my insurance plan. I can also tell they have a good synergy as coworkers, which makes the environment more welcoming. I left feeling positive, too!

Dr. Manning is the most compassionate and empathetic Optometrist I have ever met. He not only has a wonderful personality but is also extremely intelligent and an amazing teacher.
