Located in Sycamore, IL, our private practice offers a variety of services in pediatrics, women's health, aesthetics, and healthy lifestyle. At Family First, we specialize in pediatric care for children from birth through college. We know just how big a role these small people play in parents' lives. We understand the concerns of parents, and allow plenty of time to answer your questions and provide guidance as your child grows. As the mother of four children herself, Dr. Federici uses a common-sense approach to pediatrics and parenting.
Dr. Federici also provides other health and wellness services for women, including breastfeeding/lactation consultations, Votiva vaginal rejuvenation, weight and nutrition counseling, and aesthetic skin services. We are here to help you be the healthiest you, looking feeling like your best self. If we can help you do that, don't hesitate to give us a call or book an appointment.

For the safety of patients and staff, children, siblings, or other family members should not accompany patients to their office visit. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy. We do have some same-day appointments available, but we reserve these for urgent issues. These are offered on a first come, first serve basis, so we recommend calling in the morning to request a same day appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karen Federici for several years and couldn't be happier! Everyone in the office is so kind, welcoming and professional. I have had a few laser hair removal treatments from this office and it's been wonderful! Everyone makes sure I am comfortable and pain free. It has truly been a great experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Federici AND the laser hair removal team, they are awesome!!
