Very responsive and professional. Called for an emergency wood eating insect inspection to close on a home. Marshal was very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate us next day due to a cancellation. We wound up not needing his services after all but we highly recommend to future clients.

Marshal is very thorough in his inspections. He came 30 minutes early to inspect the exterior of the house and take photos of the roof. He clearly explains the physical defects and potential hazards of these concerns. His reports are very detailed and easy to follow. Highly recommend for anyone buying a house, especially first-time buyers

Marshal is very insightful with the inspections conducted and taught me a lot of details you would need to look at as a first time home buyer. He goes above and beyond by examining extra scopes most other inspectors would not look at and note. He saved me from buying a bad investment with thousands of dollars of repairs needed prior to move in. I used him again for second time for another apartment and found his work spectacular. He provides the final reports very quickly and every finding is noted with detail and a picture is embedded as well. I will use Marshal for any other inspections I need
