As a first time home buyer, I found terminology in home buying/inspecting to be like a foreign language. Chris was extremely thorough, checking every little thing about the house. He explained what he was looking for and why every step of the way, and in layman's terms. A-Pro is extremely responsive, as I requested an inspection on Sunday night for Tuesday afternoon and it was set up within an hour. I used A-Pro to do a Home Inspection before making a final offer and moving forward on buying a home. Obviously, this was a big deal for me to understand what I was getting into. This guy Chris was amazing. He was extremely thorough, very polite and respectful, very professional. I would be willing to pay even more for the service he gave me. He showed me every detail and explained it all so I understood what I was getting into. He also promptly sent me the full inspection the next day.
