Mold can be found almost anywhere. It is a type of fungus that consists of small organisms. There are thousands of strains of mold, but the most common indoor molds are Cladosporium, Penicillium and Aspergillus. They come in all different forms and colors, such as black, white, orange, green or purple.
When interviewing a home inspector, ask the inspector what type of report format he or she provides. There are many styles of reports used by property inspectors, including the checklist, computer generated using inspection programs, and the narrative style. The most important issue with an inspection report is the descriptions given for each item or component.

Pete knows his stuff. He is one of those meticulous guys that doesn't want to fail his clients. When you hire Pete you are protecting your investment. Something as simple as inspecting the fireplace walls for cracks or blockages to protect you from carbon monoxide issues to unforseen foundation issues. I highly recommend Pete.
