Rebecca developed a customized, comprehensive 16-week training program for a new hire on our finance team. We simultaneously engaged Accountable Talent for a separate due diligence project, and Rebecca seamlessly engaged the project's new hire for "real world on-the-job training." After Rebecca's training program concluded, our new hire assumed the full role of fund CFO.
