I can't say enough great things about this salon. I started going here about a year ago and it was my first experience with any kind of lash service. The employees are extremely sweet, knowledgeable and kind. They are prompt with their appointments and provide thorough explanation of the service and after-care instructions. I get the keratin lash lift and I love the results. I go without mascara for many weeks after each service and feel beautiful! Highly recommend!!

I don't usually like the look of eyelash extensions, so I thought I'd try the keratin lash lift. It was perfectly painless and I LOVED how it turned out. You can get C or L curl, and I chose L for a more dramatic curl and Yuki even took the time to bunch the lashes together so it looks like a fluttery false lash!! I will definitely come again :)

I've come to Yuki Lashes 3 times now for hybrid full sets and touchups. It's incredibly helpful to be able to book appointments online. The lashes are pricey but I've been really happy with the results each time, and they last me about 3-5 weeks. The inside of the salon is clean with 2 rooms. The main room has 2 chairs, and the back room has 1 chair. All the chairs are super comfy and it's easy to fall asleep when getting your lashes done. I recommend Yuki Lashes if you're looking to splurge on high quality lash extensions that are basically custom to what you want. I also

I am finally writing this review after 9 years of continuously coming to Yuki lashes. This a a review in the customer service aspect and not speaking of the quality of work. The styling and extension retention has always been great which was why I kept returning even after various RUDE and COLD encounters with Yuki herself. This last appointment had to be the last straw. In recent years as Yuki has gained more of a following she has hired more lash technicians however it has always been a high turn over and a revolving door. Really impressed with my lash extensions being that it was my first time ever working with a lash stylist technician. At 4 weeks with my classic set (full set took about 1.5 hrs) , I still had plenty of lash retention and came in for a fill to look more fuller. Yuki is great at what she does and service is amazing -- I could fall asleep in their comfy chairs and calming spa music.

I came to Yuki Lashes for a special occasion as I am going out of town for my birthday next week, and wanted to get full long voluminous lashes. I even came in with a picture of what I wanted, and when I showed the woman who worked on me, she seemed to understand and agree that she could make it happen. I will preface this review by saying that I don't think the woman who worked on me was Irene -- the one who everyone raves about. I got a volume set with Asalya and she did a fantastic job. She is very thorough with my lashes and attentive to what I want. The salon is very clean and takes all the proper COVID-19 precautions. They have contactless checkout, which is pretty sweet. I would definitely recommend getting your lashes done here!

2. Comfortable leather recliner seat (draped with soft paper for cleanliness)
3. Seems like a quiet part of town. I have no trouble finding parking spots.
4. Cute little gift with extra spoolie (with cover), soap & cleaning brush for lashes.
5. Lash tech spoke fluent English and was extremely easy to speak to.
6. Lash tech was gentle and precise and demonstrated very good skill! I think I fell asleep twice during the application.

Came in for my first time two weeks ago, and all I could say is that they have great customer service, Emilie was Great. She made sure I was always comfortable. Overall this place is great. Everything is really nice, neat and very clean !!! I got the Yumi Lash Lift and honestly it looks really nice. I'm really happy with the results I will definitely be back! I came to Yuki Lashes for my first eyelash extension appointment ever. It's a cute and clean salon that is on a quiet street in Marina/Russian hill (easy to find parking within the few blocks).
Lucy has been my go to eyelash gal since my second appointment here and on. I've been going to her for probably about 6 months now and she never ceases to amaze me.
I do the absolute minimum to take care of my hybrid lashes and they are still long and full after 3-4 weeks. Checkout the before and after picture for proof!
I can't speak highly enough of Lucy, she's sweet and attentive

Have been here 3 times. The first time I came from another salon had about 1 lash left on each eye. Paid $125 both times and yuki said the third time I would only have to pay for returning client fill. Went today for the third time and she argued with and said she never said that and that she would play the recording, which is really odd from 3 weeks ago to still have a recording. I've already paid $250 and if you want a returning client calling them a liar and bringing a random innocent client waiting on the couch into the argument is not a good look. It was so unprofessional and I was so embarrassed
