I was raised in Lakeland FL, right outside of both Tampa and Orlando. My experience at my office taught me how to provide the right protection for our customers, ranging from auto insurance, homeowner's insurance, renter's insurance, life insurance, and financial services. Before starting with State Farm, I attended college at the University of South Florida, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management.
My State Farm Insurance office is in Lakeland, FL. We opened our doors in October of 2009. I feel blessed to be in Lakeland, which is such a welcoming community. I really enjoy Polk County and plan to take advantage of everything it has to offer. I honestly couldn’t be more happy with this agency . I WAS a very long term customer of another premium insurance company for 10+ years and my rates were absolutely ridiculous . Jadonis made sure that all of my questions were answered when making the switch and even made sure I knew what the other guys would do to try to talk me into staying (which didn’t work) . My premium is now $100.00 less per month and my deductibles are actually within a normal amount ( this is AFTER the other guys “give back credit” ) . The other company had to refund me 1.5x my new insurance rate

I signed up with State Farm and this agent in September of 2019 and provided my billing information accurately. I set it up as an autopay so that I would not ever be without insurance. 2 months into my policy, I get a letter that says my policy has been canceled for non-payment for which I never received any text messages, emails, or a phone call from my agent. Just a corporate letter. When I called to figure out what was going on, State Farm customer service said my insurance policy didn't exist. When I emailed into the agent, I was told "this is a real mess." Several days later it was finally

This office of Chris Spivey and staff is awesome! I switched from another State Farm office to Chris Spivey’s office a couple years ago because I kept having issues and since I have switched things have been great! They handle things in a timely manner and if they don’t know the answer they will get the correct answer and contact you! Very professional! I also have to give a big thank you to Mrs Lacy she helped me the entire way on getting my new homeowners insurance setup on our new home! She was a lifesaver! This agency has been the most incompetent and most irritating of any agent that we've had in our 15 years with State Farm. I regret allowing Chris and his wife to serve us so poorly. The service has been a continual nightmare. I am changing agents and urge you not to use their incompetent services. Communication and professionalism is not their strong suit. To say the least of being a good neighbor. If these two were my neighbors then i would move out of the neighborhood. I'm thankful that I can just switch agents. In my opinion, the customer service at this agency is lousy. They don't understand that there is a way to do a job that not only gets the job done but also makes the customers feel valued. But, I would have been happy if they just did the job with a little bit of common sense. When someone calls your office questioning something, don't give them attitude, refuse to answer their concerns and keep pushing it until they become so fed up with you that they wonder why they are doing business with you in the first place.
