My husband and I bought a home in Solivita 7 yrs ago. We found Mitchell Insurance through a referral of a satisfied client. Best decision we ever made! We only had to use them once for a complete roof replacement due to hail damage. There was no hassles. Submitted the claim, got the roofer, and it was paid for and done. My friends with other insurers were jumping through hoops and hurdles for months to find resolution for their roof replacement and they were paying higher premiums than I. Carla and the staff have always been responsive and courteous. If you are looking for insurance, I highly recommend

This place is a joke. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is the typical "you're here for us, we're not here for you" mentality at this joke of a place. Steve Shattuck is the worst agent to represent any company of any genre. Don't even bother with these folks over at Mitchell Insurance Agency. You will be highly disappointed with their "service." That is to say their LACK OF SERVICE.
