Since moving to Florida in 2019, Denney Ins and Fin Svcs Inc has helped me with all of my insurance needs. Even prior to my move, the agency helped me secure insurance on my trailer contents while in transit. Customer service is NON EXISTENT! Was involved in a collision that was not my fault. Got rear ended at a stop light by young fellow paying more attention to his phone than the traffic. State Farm’s solution was for ME to deal with the other person’s insurance company! And then the agent, whose name is on the front of the business, said “I don’t understand what you are so upset about!” When I told him that the anticipated wait time to speak to a human being was 35 minutes. Wait time ended up being 43 minutes, but hey….. no skin off his nose! I have been a faithful customer with State

I’d like to first say. If you have an elderly mother 60 or older with insurance with State Farm and may require road side assistance, redirect her elsewhere. My mother sat waiting on a tow truck today minimum 8 hrs. Thank God I hadn’t left town and could go sit with her. I’m so disappointed not only with the tow company for not communicating with her, but State Farm didn’t even have the professional capacity to communicate, follow up and check on her. I’m so thoroughly disappointed in State Farm, I really had higher expectations. Not cool, and she and I will be looking for insurance elsewhere

My previous homeowners insurance company dropped me out of no where with very little warning. After multiple failed attempts to reach them I decided to take my business elsewhere. My mom recommended Bret and his team so I made a call same day. That same day I heard back and they took care of all my needs. No need to search any further! I researched at least 10 insurance companies before choosing State Farm, and when this Denney duo worked their magic to customize a package to fit my auto and home insurance needs at a very competitive price, I knew I hit the Jackpot! I have teenagers and have had to submit a couple claims and every time the process was so simple and expertly handled. More than once I've made an urgent and distressed call to Bret only to hear him calmly say, "Don't worry, we've got this!" Whew!! I highly recommend Bret Denney with State Farm!
