My I phone 4s broke and I got a new one from my friend but the screen was completely shattered. I went on Friday to fix it with those guys. They were very nice and gave me a great deal that apparently no one before me got. It took a little bit longer than the time they gave me but their sense of humor and nice personality made up for it.

SCAMMER ALERT
BEWARE!!!!!!!!
I went here for a simple screen repair. Going in ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was wrong with my phone besides a cracked screen where EVERYTHING was still working.
When i picked it up 30 mins later. The front camera wasn't working anymore, my ear speaker wasn't working anymore, and my internal battery was switched.
When i came back the SAME DAY and asked him about i got the worst attitude from him and refused to even look to double check if he accidentally did something wrong.
Sounds like he just decided to either just take certain parts out of my phone and

Repair lasted less than 2 weeks. The screen replacement popped out. Rather than just reinstall, technician blamed us for that happening and then tried to charge for a full new replacement screen (despite the fact the new one was working).
UPDATE - after contacting the owner, they completed the repair job, which I appreciated. Will monitor this new repair and hope it lasts longer than the original one.
Keeping 1 star off this as the technican made this whole thing way more difficult than it needed to be.

I went to Bay Street yesterday looking for their usual kiosk to fix my iPhone X screen, but couldn't find it. Then luckily, I had some shopping to do and found them in their new location next to the nail salon near Uniqlo!! So they're still there everyone, just not in their old spot. The service was super fast and friendly, and I got a discount on my new case too, since I fixed my screen there. So glad I found them!!!!

Came in two weeks ago to get my phone screen repaired after it turned black after a face down fall (no cracks though). Repaired in about an hour. The replacement screen quality looked a bit off but didn’t complain because I was just happy to have my phone back.
I had a minor drop today and now half of my screen is shattered under the screen protector confirming my hunch about the poor quality replacement screen. Never had this happen from a drop like this previously. I have a phone case on it too.
Won’t be doing business here again.

This iPhone repair store is located next to "Cotton basics" on Piedmont Ave -- it doesn't really have a sign but it should because it's great! I was so stressed when I dropped my phone and then a big blue stripe appeared on the front obstructing my view. Verizon told me I'd have to buy a 600 dollar phone, so I tried to find somewhere to repair my screen instead. I went to "iphone repair squad" after a quick google search, and it literally took 10 minutes for the owner to repair my phone. It works great now! I'm super relieved. Had to get my phone fixed due to a broken screen iPhone 12 great price, and it was under and hour. Longest part was the man waiting for a piece. But I didn't mind as long as my phone was fixed. I work from my phone all night and not working correctly wasn't going to work for me. Now my phone is working amazing full screen works and looks like new.

was gonna go to some apple-approved store and then cancelled my appt after seeing this place on google and then checking them out. Called them, got a good time to come by and a quote, dropped off my phone, went to the pharmacy nearby, bought a pair of cute shoes in the store that shares the same location, and got my phone screen fixed. As well, Roman gave me a GREAT deal on a screen protector, a case and a new battery. Was gonna spend $700 on some new apple phone, and basically got a brand new phone and a case for $150. He even threw in a beautiful owl hamsa magnet

Guy can do things that most other phone repair places can't. More expertise than the whole "genius bar" inside the Apple store has ... Better prices, faster service; honestly I'm surprised he doesn't put them out of business. Great business he's running there; really good service. I brought my phone in today kinda desperate for a fix; he did not take advantage, charged a reasonable rate, and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes.

I dropped my phone today sadly. I felt My heart was dropped together with my iPhone glass screen scatter. I was thinking myself it's okay. I do not need to fix it. I just look through the lines of scatter broken glass lines. A few minutes later, reading messages, I really can not see at all. I started Search for where to go fix my phone screen.

On a whim, I went in to see how much it would cost to replace my iPhone 8 screen before trading it in. The owner gave me a quote that was very reasonable. The new screen was in place 10 minutes later, and it’s better quality than the previous one. He also advised me on the newer iPhones with the best cameras, and which ones to avoid. And he shaved a little off the price since it was the end of the day. They’re experts and I won’t go anywhere else for iPhone repairs from now on.

I have broken my phone screen 4 times, and I can guarantee you this place has one of the best screen qualities besides the actual apple screen. He won't charge you unless the phone is fixed, which I truly appreciated. He knew right away what the problem was, and I got my entire LCD and screen replaced for about $135-40. Other places charge $120 just to replace the glass screen. Best price out in the bay area, and you can just tell that the guy has really good business value. Honestly the most amazing experience I had regarding fixing my phone!!! 10000% recommend!

I paid $145 to have my screen repaired, less than 18 hrs later during breakfast my phone fell off my lap onto the carpet and cracked again, not even 2 ft off the ground... I was told it was because my case, screen protector, etc and that he would cut me a deal and I would only pay for the screen ($90). Naturally, I was not comfortable paying so much given what just happened and negotiated it to $70 against my friends advice and better judgment to ask for a full refund.

This is the best "go to stop spot" to fix your phone. I believe this is my fourth time coming to Ramin. He has fixed all of my iPhones (iPhone X, IPhone 7, iPhone 6 and iPhone 5 with damaged LCD screens multiple times. As well as replacing the batteries. I have slippery hands what can I say.

My screen cracked this morning, Sept 8th. Whend I took it back he said, that he was going to try and get me a deal. I said, "You told me that I had a 30 day warranty." He said that it was for the screen not working, not for breakage. He then said, "Did I offer screen protection?"
